Hi, It is I, DayDreamingDrgn
You can call me using any short nicknames
You have most likely read my profile so there isn't much to say
I live in the Philippines, around Visayas. I live in the Province of Cebu!
Though I live in the Philippines
I actually don't speak Filipino or Cebuano (Which is the Dialect we speak here in Cebu)
You're probably asking yourself
"You don't speak your own language? What? Why?"
Let me explain
In my school, they don't allow us to speak our own dialect for some reason
Which, I know, sounds extremely stupid
If we speak Cebuano, we get a warning
We also only have one class every 2 weeks that teaches us Filipino
So like majority of my class doesn't know how to speak Filipino
I mean some of us know
But others don't
Like me
In my house, we speak English with a mix of Cebuano
But I can understand Cebuano
Kinda-
But Filipino?
...
Yeah I have no clue :)
I speak English pretty well if you ask me
I dislike those who don't use grammar properly
I mean I'm fine if you guys misspell things here
Its just an online website game thing-
So misspelling things or not putting periods and stuff is fine
But like when it's not using words properly
It just drives me insane
Like:
I fall in a hole yesterday
That just drives me insane
So please
When you chat me
Use words properly
This is starting to get too long and word-y
Will talk about more things in my next post :)

She's my younger sister who plays PH
I actually have 2 younger siblings
But they are pretty young
You probably have guessed that I'm the oldest
I honestly hate being the oldest
You have to be the role model
You are expected to help you're younger siblings
And
I mean it's fine helping them
But they are so annoying
Like yeah-
I can't do my work in peace
Without hearing crying or screaming
Since I'm the oldest
I also have to help them in their assignments
Like bruh
When I was in their grades
And I had problems with my work
I can't ask anyone since my mom doesn't know
And my dad works abroad
So I have to figure it out MYSELF
I didn't use google since our wifi sucked during my younger years
But now, while I suffer doing Algebra
My siblings come up to me and go:
"Ate, can you help me with my assignments"
"Ate" is used to refer older girls here in Philippines for those who don't know
It is SO ANNOYING
But welp-
Can't do anything about it

Like all the different phases I've been through
And when I do this
I tend to cringe or question my past selves
One of my worse and hates phases is my-
*Shudders* Gacha life phase...
Oh boy, it was awful
You should have seen my recommendation page in YouTube during that time
Thinking of it cringes me so bad...
I don't even want to say what I watched
I just-
I need holy water
It's just bad
I also had this phase of my life that-
Um-
If I say it-
I might get locked-
I-
Um-
Yeah, lets not talk about it :)
Then there's that phase where I was the complete opposite of my current self
This phase was during my Childhood
I was an extrovert when I was young
I kept making friends with pretty much any kid around my age that I met in those play areas in Mc Donalds or Jollibee
Yeah
I was such an Extrovert
Now I'm an Ambivert
And when I think about how I used to be an Extrovert
I go:
"How are you fine talking to strangers? How did you stand on stage without thinking of all the people staring at you"
So yeah :)

Man this sucks
It's even worse since we're doing it face-to-face

Since it's a desert

I live in a tropical country

This is going to be a short story :)
As we arrived at the airport, everything was all good
The airport was pretty chill
It was pretty quiet
But then the first stroke of bad luck came
My dad was taking an extremely long time to check-in
He seemed very stressed out
I got concerned
Then a small minor problem came
I mean it wasn't much of a problem but still
I don't think I need to write about it
Then I had to sit 12 rows away from my family
Like bruh-
I had to sit in the middle of the middle
I was between 2 strangers
It was awful
Then when I woke up from a very nice nap
I realized I was the last person on the plane
Lol
Huh-
When I am rereading this
It isn't so bad-
Also who separates the gravy with the burger steak in Jollibee?

That sucks
But I mean I didn't study properly
Like i studied for an hour or less
Maybe 30 minutes?
IDK but ye
I know ur asking urself
"But 94 is very high?
I know too
But this is pretty much the same exam I did in the last few quarters
Different countries but all from Asia
So it sucks when you get a score like this on an exam you keep answering
But atleast I got that one country's capital correct

Title: Typhoon Odette: When the storm strikes
This typhoon ruined Christmas
The holiday that pretty much every Filipino loves
(To the point where we celebrate it for 4 months lol)
It caused a lot of damage
The winds tore through roofs and houses
And the floods swept through the streets
(Although the flood isn't much of a problem since we Filipinos are masters of the water)
Luckily it didn't claim a lot of lives
Only 410
But the damaged it caused
Made us suffer for quite a while...
When news about Typhoon Odette came, me and my family weren't concerned because well- we are Filipinos
We literally deal with typhoons around 20 times a year
So a typhoon coming isn't anything new
And we live in Cebu City, we hardly get hit by Typhoons
But then my mom learned about how the typhoon pretty much destroyed Bohol
(Not literally ok, I mean like it caused a lot of damage)
Now Bohol was the province right beside us (For those who didn't know)
So it was actually concerning
We prepared our stuff and headed into my parents room
I was in the room, wondering why we were hiding
Was the typhoon actually concerning?
It was around 9PM when the Typhoon hit us
It was not what I was expecting
It hit fast and hard
The winds were rattling the windows and the doors
The rain was banging on the glass
The rain also made the outside blurry
I could hardly see what was happening
But the trees were bowing to the power of the mighty storm
We were actually terrified
I had a hard time sleeping
Eventually the storm died out
I fell asleep
Clueless of all the damaged that it caused...
