Egg Radar Starter doesnt work

I bought egg radar but its like i didnt have it at all is it some requirement or do i have to have all radars in order for them to work?

Did you buy the Egg Radar itself or just an Egg Radar Chip?

You need both the Radar itself and a Chip in order to be able to access the Tall Grass.

i got radar and i bought egg radar ship starter for 100000 but in tall grass i cant go and put starter egg to look for

You need to select the pokémon you want to look for. They're ordered by Dex entry, so it might require some scrolling before you find the starter you're interested in.

There's also a chance that the starter you selected, doesn't have any eggs in the Tall Grass [as indicated by the 0 behind it], so if that's the case, you need to wait for Eggs to be released before you can hunt for them.

If it's neither of these two possibilities, could you give some more details [what do you do? What have you tried?] and maybe a screenshot of your Tall Grass page?

You also need to have the EggDex of the pokemon, meaning you have to hatch it before you can find it in Tall Grass (except for legendaries).
