Is it just me or does this happen to you as well, with the Pokedex it doesn't show all the pokemon you've caught and their evolution stages or own over the time you have been up here? I had to breed and recapture most that I owned. So can someone explain to me why I do not have the beginning stages of each pokemon I had for years in my dex?

The pokedex here doesn't work the same way as the games. The pokemon is only registered if you own it right now. If you evolve or trade it, its entry disappears.

Uh you need to read that text under your Dex.
