Forum-Index → Roleplay → Private RP → Danganronpa Roleplay [PRIVATE]Hisoka cocked an eyebrow; seemingly amused, although he did seem to be bliinking rather rapidly... "Yes, of course. My dorm?"
They had to smack their hand over their mouth quickly to stop themselves from laughing. These people get stressed at carnivals? Puh-lease. Koda gave another hiss from the co-front. Fine. My statement still stands though! Hey! I get stressed anywhere! Koda, you are special. hEYY-
Suzume Fujimori's POV
What they all were going to do. Megami said something funny, the words blurred together. Her hollow eyes gazed at Suko momentarily. So many meaningless voices...
The funny thing was, she didn't care. Much.
The next thing you knew...
...
She nodded slowly, never saying a word. No reaction to Megami getting up.
There were all these voices... all saying something different...
She didn't want to hear them anymore.
I T ' S N O T M Y F A U L T .
"Megami? I'm tired," was all she had to say. "Can we go somewhere... somewhere quiet?" she asked, a glassy, faraway look in her eyes.

"Everything is going to be okay."
Niwa Atsushi
Niwa slammed the door shut behind him. Keiki's arm loosened in his grip. He slumped down against the door, breathing in and out, trying to stop the tears sparking in his eyes.
"They're all horrible," he breathed. "They all don't care. They just care about their own lives..."
Why did he ever care? Why did he ever think there might be a good person here besides Keiki?
Keiki.
"Keiki- how do you feel?" he asked, more anxiously than he'd like to admit. "How do you feel? Did those- do you remember Amano? And Femi?"
His face was burning, but he couldn't care. He just- he- Tears slipped down his face.
Suko Nobu
"I'm sorry," Suko said. Their voice was weak. Pathetic. Their lungs gave a deep shudder. They closed their eyes. Femi...
For a moment, they felt the presence at their throat. Arms wrapping around their throat. Femi... I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. I shouldn't have left you. I know you blame me. I know, I know- don't, please, don't forgive me. It's my fault. I'm so sorry-
There was no chokehold.
It was a hug.
That hurt more. Suko's chest hurt more.
Hisoka Yamanaku
He hadn't expected Maji to agree so easily. But he was glad. He was glad someone was still his friend- that someone still trusted him.
He was glad that Maji was behind him. No matter how easily he could be stabbed in the back now- Maji wouldn't. He trusted him. He didn't underestimate him or believe he was too cowardly. He just knew that Maji wouldn't hurt him. Ever.
That was a feeling he hadn't had in a long time now.
Trust.
His dorm was still in its old state of dilapidation. He passed by it and headed for Kowai's- or rather, his now. He turned the knob. Didn't I leave it locked-? But he let Maji in.
The key was on the table.
Hisoka bit the inside of his cheek and turned to Maji. "I have something to tell you."
Koda frowned. Now I'm bored. Shoo! Go do something.. or something... Just go, Moon. Awweee, unfair. Koda sat, cross legged on the floor, tracing her palm whilst looking uncomfortably at everyone, who all seemed to be leaving. Hmpppghghhfsffh... Koda whined to herself. A small, childish, quiet chirp answered. Koda? What happened? Cyber! What? You haven't spoken for ages. Why? I'm not sure. What is this place? Its... hard to explain. A murder game. WhAT? Are you sure Koda? Its not just your delusions? Koda smiled slightly.
Hisoka Yamanaku
He did his best to ignore the object sitting on the table and all it meant. "We need to work together," he said. "I know more than the rest of them. And I want to use that to keep you safe. If you work with me, I can get you out of here."
The words were loaded. Hisoka could only hope Maji would know what they meant.
"I know. I know a lot more. And I- I need to save you. So, I need to know if you want the truth or not."
That wasn't part of the plan.
Suko Nobu
The ghost arms dissolved. Real arms were around their neck- warm, and full of life and kindness. "Femi...?" They whispered, turning to face-
Koda.
Her head was cocked slightly to the side. Her eyes glowed blue, curious, studying them. There was something about her expression which- Kowai.
Suko's stomach twisted and the world began to blur out again-
But the arms around their neck anchored them, and tethered their soul safely in their body. Femi was in the corner. He tilted his head at Suko, and his lamb hat flopped over his ears.
Suko turned on their heel, dislodging Koda's arms, and then threw their own around her.
Third Person POV
Suko embraced her for a very long time. A minute in, their shoulders began to shake with sobs.
"Femi," they whispered. "He blames me, Koda. He blames me- He- I don't know if I should- I don't- I don't want to die, and I- I should have, but I don't want to, and because of me, your Kowai is dead-"
They buried their face in her shoulder and fell silent, though their shoulders were still shaking.
Third Person POV
Suko didn't reply.
They disengaged themself from her and turned, and walked away. The shaking in their shoulders was gone. But was that a good thing, or not...?
They left the room, and Koda, behind.
Narrator
The Ultimates had broken every time over the deaths of their friends.
Nagisa, first. Her death had ripped away any shred of hope they had had; that goodness might triumph over evil. Nagisa's death proved their cruelty.
Chika second. Her death had ripped open the society they had created. They were under Monokuma's control. There was no escape he had not considered, or deliberately left to further his twisted plans. She was the death of their control.
Akihiro third. She had been their mob mentality. With her dead, it was no longer an "us vs them". It was a "no one can trust anyone." When someone cruel had died at the hands of somebody kind, then they could no longer believe their fabricated groups.
Redmonda fourth. She had been a voice of kindness. She had been their love for one another- the connections and feelings they all felt. But in the end, she'd been a liar- she had been their lies. The connections they forged with one another, and the hatred which truly sewed it together.
Amano fifth. He had been order. With him dead, no one was bound to anyone by anything but affection. There were no longer any orders or conditions- they had been children, and now, while they shattered, they had to be adults.
Femi sixth. He had been redemption. Character. Trust, even. And when he had died, all those things had shattered in his stead. His final words- even the truth had been taken from him in the end, and replaced with agony. Femi was agony.
And now, Kowai. Clever, clever Kowai.
She was god.
And she would live on, because you could never kill a god.
Not one of the Ultimates would ever forget her legacy.
Suko Nobu
Suko staggered down the hall. Killers deserve to die, don'tchu know that? They wiped their face furiously, raking down their neck, drawing blood and-
They paused.
Did Femi bleed?
No, but fire was close enough.
Oh, gods, the pain- Suko stumbled, collapsing against the wall. They couldn't stop panting. Couldn't keep Femi's sad smile out of their head.
"Femi," they whispered. "Femi..."
No. Don't think about him. That was bad. That was the past. They couldn't think about him. They needed to get to safety.
"Dorm, dorm..."
Which wasn't their dorm, but Femi's.
They choked back a sob and continued down the hall. They needed sleep. That was all they needed. Then they would live.
Oh god, more than anything they needed to live.
Screw Femi. They- they couldn't die. They couldn't.
Just live, and they could continue feeling.
