Tomato... Even as Keiki was bleeding, they just had to say that stupid nickname? Niwa released a quiet, broken sob. They were so stupid... So very stupid...
"I'm here," he stated quietly. He brushed his hand along the back of their head, only managing to smear their blood across their hair. "Tomato's here, Keiki. And I won't be going, you got it? I'm staying here until you're better."
Keiki was weak in his grip. Gently, he levered them downward, letting their limp body collapse into his lap. He strokes through their hair. The blood was starting to congeal it. Keiki would hate that... "You'll be fine," he repeated. "Tomato is here."
Amano Tetsuo
Amano had never wanted to drown more in his entire life. The suffocating emotions, the surging panic- all those waves which had been terrifying before had died down. They were all gone.
He felt nothing and he felt terrified.
Nononoonono. An eternal chant. Never to leave his dry lips. Never to crawl past those heaving, shriveled lungs, or enter his sandpaper mouth. Just burning through him, leaving him, a tiny raisin to burn on the sand.
Where was Nagisa...? Why wasn't she helping him...?
Because she'd drowned. And he hadn't.
A desperate, terrified giggle. Was that in? Or was that out? The roaring emptiness in his ears told him nothing, just that his baked throat had finally given out. He wanted to be dead- he needed to be dead and drowned with only his own emotions and no one else's because Hisoka and Megami and Nagisa-
Dry, shriveled, sandpaper, burned, baked, drowned, a fish lying on the shoreline. Dead eyes staring at you, unable to comprehend any sound.
He wondered if that was all he was. If humanity had ever existed in him at all.
Niwa Atsushi
Niwa had been dragging Keiki out, and the sudden seize of their muscles nearly made him fall over. "A-Ah!" He adjusted his grip. "Keiki! Stay still. I need to keep a-" he bit his lip. "Hold... on you... Gosh, you're heavy."
Wait-
"I didn't mean it in a bad way tho- OOF!" They both collapsed to the ground.
Suzume Fujimori's POV
And she let it. She let out the tears, the sobs, completely, shaking her, shaking her, and wrapped her shaky, shaky arms around Megami. Megami... The only antidote to her poison. Since when had it been this way? Since when had she ever needed one?
She supposed she had. But what would she do... if she lost it?
Kowai Kurai's POV
Femi Davis's POV
Than... Suko. Wasn't it? Was he really fair to hate them so much?

"Everything is going to be okay."
Hisoka Yamanaku
"Shh!" He hissed. "Keep your voice down." He looked nervously at the sobbing girls near them. Neither Megami nor Suzume seemed to be listening. Despite the anger in his voice, his head was whirling through possibilities. Everything Kowai said... every word which escaped her mouth.
He knew the truth. And she knew he knew.
Time was up. He had to speak.
"You've made your deal," he told her quietly. "And I accepted it, did I not?" How I'll follow through, though- "I still don't trust you. But for now, you have my allegiance. You've earned it, more than any of these snivellers."
Kowai was not a sniveller. But she was not someone who he wanted to make an alliance with. No matter how smart she was and how many important things she knew.
"I accept your offer in full now. Give me your instructions later." With a bow, he ducked away, and paused, nay a few feet in front of her. He met her eyes squarely. Time?
Suko Nobu
Femi.
Suko barely knew the guy. He was quiet, yet loud. Funny, yet annoying. So much, so much. But he was hurt, and Suko had come to know him, so they'd rescu-
Oh.
They'd shown off their lock picking skills.
That was...
Not good.
That was...
Very bad.
Crap. Suko internally cursed themself out. Crapcrapcrapcra- Something jolted in their lap. They growled in warning. Wait. That was Femi.
"Femi? You up, 'cutie?"
Niwa Atsushi
Niwa blushed a little. Keiki's face was so close to his.. They did their best to look away, while helping them up. "Careful," they cautioned. "You might fall, still. Don't hesitate to lean on me if you start wobbling, okay?"
We should head back to our dorm. Amano probably won't be coming, so I won't have to sleep on the floor again.
Yes, Amano wouldn't come. Niwa highly doubted he'd even try to leave the room.
He glanced at the crumbled heap of Femi. No matter what had happened to people who were left alone with Monokuma's sadistic ways.
Suko Nobu
Out of the corner of their eye, Suko spotted Green Eyes and Brat cuddling. They wrinkled their nose. Ew. Romance. They poked Femi. "Heya. You getting up, or should I drag you?" Being that close to Femi wouldn't be too bad, though...
Niwa Atsushi
Niwa tightened his grip, dragging his arm down to support them around the shoulder. "Come on," he said softly. "I can't carry you like- bridal style-" Cue tomatoing- "So, we'll have to do it the unromantic way. That sound good? Keiki?"
He awkwardly patted the ends of their hair with his fingers and nearly lost his grip. "Right. We should head to our dorm." Before I drop you was left unsaid.
Narrator
The two hobbled out of the room, separated from the rest of the Ultimates. Suko huffed loudly, breaking the silence. "Femi, drag yourself up, please. I know you can. Do you really want me to carry you so badly?"
Hisoka glanced at the two. "Are you purposefully attempting to provoke him to anger?" he questioned.."That seems..." he struggled with the words. "Interesting."
"Oi! Sciencer and Angry Girl! Wanna help me with him?" Suko cast Hisoka a sharp glare, which he recoiled from and retreated to the back of the room to mutter angrily. "He's super duper heavy. Suko cannot carry their boyfriend like this."
"Hey!" Hisoka called. His voice was farther away than it should be. "I think I found our exit out."
Femi Davis's POV
"I... do... not! We're not friends, or... DATING! OR- What...ever... you're... sayi-" He didn't have the energy to say more. He fainted.
A few thoughts had stirred within Femi, before his unconsciousness. He had wondered... why did Suko seem so attached to him? Why was he always the target of their taunts? Was... Suko really so bad? Was he wrong to judge them? He wasn't exactly sure how he felt... about the Ultimate Gunman...
Suzume Fujimori's POV
"Now look what you've done. He needs medical attention! We can't lose... another..." Why did she find herself hesitating? And... on the verge of tears again? Focus, Suzume. That's... not Rin Shizuki. That's... someone else...
Shizuki... why was she thinking of her now? She barely knew her... Why?... why did that have to...
No. She wouldn't lose her composure. She came over to help carry Femi. "But. I suppose since he needs the medical attention so badly," she mused, "I can help."
Kowai Kurai's POV
Hisoka Yamanaku... she hated him, she distrusted him. She'd kill him if she had the chance, and he knew it. And yet... as much as they both despised and distrusted each other, ironically, they both knew they were the only ones who COULD trust each other and work together.
This would be very interesting.

"Everything is going to be okay."
Hisoka Yamanaku
That look on her face... Hisoka's jaw clenched. She must like him even less than he'd liked her. He allowed a grim smile to settle on his lips. Well. That suited him just fine.
She'd just have a flighty ally on her hands. Would screw her over more than him.
He ran his fingers along the walls. Dusty plaster. Very old. He barely recognized the feel of the stone beneath it. A kind not used in modern day architecture. He couldn't recall how old Hope's Peak was. Those hours he'd scrolled through the history online were all a blur now, disguised beneath the too many things which had happened here.
He wasn't even sure if he's remember the names of half the dead when he escaped here.
"Well, come on!" He called. "You all coming?"
They deserved to be remembered, at least. Best he could manage, he'd make them live on in any way he could.
Suko Nobu
Suko sputtered to cover up the hurt.
"Eh?? What's that supposed to mean? Femi? Hey, Femi, wake up and tell me!" They shook him, but he flopped in their grip. "C'mon, you jerk! Can't just say something like that then check out on me!"
Suko Nobu
"Coming." Suko lifted Femi up. "You could at least stand up on your own..." Suko muttered into his ear. "Lazybones. Am I supposed to do everything?"
They dragged him forward. Brat and Greeneyes had already left, gone after Hisoka-jerk. They needed to get a move on. Couldn't be the one left behind.
Timeskip.
They were fast asleep, nails digging into their palms, drawing blood. Pale lips opened, muttering the same phrase over and over, unbeknownst to them.
Oh gawd.
No. Nononoo- please- no.
I didn't kill him, I swear. I DIDN'T KILL HI-
It all felt too real. Everyone staring at them, mocking, laughing.
If you're gonna kill someone, do it better next time, Green-eyes.
Bye-bye now! Off you pop~!
Oh gawd...I'm falling. I'm gonna die now. Oh frick, oh shoot, oh no. Oh no. Please no. I can't- I have- FRICK.
WHY DO I HAVE TO BE SO FLIPPIN' STUPID?
I had to...go and get caught didn't it-
I can't-
I'm dead.
Tears fell down Keiki's sleeping face, covered by their pillow. Silent sobs wracked their whole frame. They couldn't do this anymore.
