Newbie mentoring list issue?

I have a question about mentoring - I would like to know why some of the newcomers who have been assigned to me through the 'newbie mentoring' programme do not appear in the list of assignemnts?
For example, I'm helping a new player now, but they do not appear in the list, so I'm not earning any points.

Thanks for your reply. My problem is that some of the newbie I write message do to appear at all in the assignments list, and I find it weird. It's almost like only half of the newbie I wrote to are in the list, whether they have replied or not. Just curious about them missing.

I think that as long as you pressed 'Accept' for their request, and sent them a PM using the 'Send PM' button (not necessary to click 'Send PM', but it's on the page so I'll just put it), it should count the points
