If you are trying to get a female rowlet but you only have male ones and you exchange with the gem collector, can you only get male ones or are females just rarer

Well, according to Wikipedia, the gender ratio of Rowlet is 3 male : 1 female... (same with any other starters like Piplup or Bulbasaur)
So of course, female starters are just rarer in general
And yea, you can still get both genders from Gem Collector

Don't mind me, just floating around here and there, once in a while :3
