Maybe someone can help me. Every time I go through my click list I see a red and white Horsea Seadra and kingdra and by the time I see it I've already clicked it.

What is this breed of pokemon and how do I aquire one???

It's an event
It's Fishleon, Pterdra, and Lionking
It was gotten by event distribution
You can get it by trading or breeding if you have the event
