I am trying to complete the hoopa quest where I have to find 5 Prison Rings. I have found 4/5 but have checked every single link in the game and cannot seem to find the fifth. Any help/tips would be appreciated!

Hoopa rings are sometimes kept at the
bottom of the pages. Try sliding all the way down of all pages you
can access.

The last one I found was at a game in
the Game Center, I don't remember which game though, sorry. I think
it was on the treasure hunt page.

Hoopa rings are randomly distributed,
where you found one doesn't mean you'll find another there again,
same for everyone ^.^

Have you checked things like plushie
logs and user storage boxes?
Or you could press the 'I give up!' button so you could get the quest again with different [maybe easier] ]ring locations
