Oona: *Can't see anything wrong with her*
Olivia: *Suddenly knocks them all out of flight*
Oona: *As they're falling, she notices that Olivia's eyes are slightly glowing* Oh Titan, I think she's having a magic attack. L-lke, an insanity attack, but it screws up her magic as well. Maybe from all the recent... Stress.
Fun fact: I regularly have mild insanity attacks. That was the inspiration for this post.
Deena's POV
Deena knew they couldn't go anywhere near Hexside, or any other magic school for that matter. It was far too risky. The Emperor's Coven would be looking for them... they knew they would. They tugged expectantly for their braids, which were no longer there.
The disguise, of course.
Deena didn't know why they had bothered with such a pointless gesture. But, they did know they had to get out of here. Go somewhere where they could find food, work out their next move. They weren't getting caught.
Especially not for some teenage girl.
Maylee's POV
She felt a certain queasiness. She remembered momentarily the things Poe had said recently. Wh...what was the deal with him?
She felt exhausted. Somehow more than usual. She had helped Waylon to the Nurse's Office, and he was receiving treatment there.
She noticed someone else making their way in there. Her eyes widened. It was that strange girl! Agnes?! What was she doing here?
Just... checking on him, right?
Agnes, just checking on him
Agnes was sitting down on a chair, her fingers tap-tap tapping against her knees. She nodded, except it looked more like bopping her head. "State of current?"
The nurse frowned, and the rest of her expression grew more annoyed. "For Titan's sake, child. Could you quit speaking so strangely? But, Waylon should be okay. If that was what you were asking."
A look of relief occured on Agnes's face. "Flowers," she murmured. "An escape." She turned to exit.
The nurse looked more irritated. "Ah. Right, you gotta go to classes, Agnes?"
"Confirm," she responded, getting up from her seat. The nurse opened the door with a spell circle (because it looks cooler than opening the door normally), and Agnes headed to her class.
Clarke Conner's POV
He had escaped from the Detention Coven! Again, YESSSS!
Suddenly he felt himself being jerked up by his collar.
"Leaving so soon, Clarke?"
Clarke winced. He'd gotten caught by NPC Teacher?! HOW?!
He crossed his arms. "Yes."
NPC Teacher looked at him thoughtfully. "You know... I've been thinking, Clarke. About how you should be expelled."
Clarke went pale. "Wh-What?! You can't do th-"
"I very much can. But- I'd hate to see such a talented Illusionist waste away. So... I'm giving you a chance. IF you can manage to stay out of trouble for an entire month- then I won't expel you."
...
"Pshhh! That... doesn't sound too hard." His voice faltered.
An entire month.
Blair's POV
As she dragged herself back to class to hear a boring, painful lecture. Never mind, this sucks. Blair groaned and longed for the sweet release of death.
Merill's POV
He couldn't help but worry for his brother...
Florence the human's POV
He was supposed to be at school!! He had such a promising future ahead of him!
As he left the building, he began to cry.
Lucia's POV
"Deena, I will find you. And I will PETRIFY you."
Waylon's POV
"Oh, good! You're awake," the nurse said. "Are you feeling alright?"
"Yeah, I'm doing fanfu-" Waylon remembered this was a children's cartoon (most of the time) and he couldn't cuss. "fantastic."
The nurse narrowed her eyes. "Glad to see your sense of humor hasn't dwindled."
Waylon shrugged. "Yeah. I guess."
"Well... you haven't completely recovered yet, Waylon. You should stay in here for a while."
"Seriously?!"
"Yes, seriously."
Waylon groaned. Fantastic.

"Everything is going to be okay."
Also, if she did then she's just like NO BROOKIE!! i'll edit the post, she has a magic attack (It's like a heart attack but your magic stops working)
Brooksook
"Are you two okay?" Brooksook ventured hesitantly. I don't want to die- "Do you need to stop and rest?" They were her kidnappers, but Brooksook was starting to waver. One of them looked feverish.
Ugh, I hate basic witch empathy-
But she really didn't look good. Maybe they should stop after all...
Third Person POV
"Leaving so soon?" The "Witch" was in front of Deena. Her smile was pleasant, but something about her eyes was chilling. Bloody ice. "You abandoned those children. To the Emperor's Coven."
Wild witches truly are... pathetic.
Toshiko
Toshiko stirred awake and cracked an eye open. She was in the Nurse's Office. Predictable.
She released a loud breath of air and collapsed back into bed. The lunatic was leaving. Sad. Toshiko found her kinda funny. So so sad. If only someone would come talk to her.
Because she sure as hell wasn't going back to Detention.
On that topic, where was that creepy human-guy, Poe?
Poe
A certain idiot was careening down the hall with a head injury. For some reason, at that moment, he was a good person! And he smacked directly into some strange human who was undoubtedly preparing an attack on witch society and
SMASH!
The two tumbled over each other.
Arran
"Lucia?" Arran called softly. Her back was to him, and it was shaking all over. He shivered, gripping his arms. She was scary, sometimes...
But right now, it felt like she were going through some turning point.
Closing a door behind her that could never be opened again.
Myran
"You know, you only have yourself to blame." Myran fluttered into Clarke's palm. He wrinkled his nose at Clarke's face, amused. "Don't worry, I have the rest of the day off. Apparently a few students are on the run. And not you, I'm sorry to say. You're not important enough to cancel classes over."
She had no idea who might be, though. That strange human-boy? But wasn't he of mixed heritage? But it still had to be someone in her classes, if hers of all of them were cancelled.
In any case, it made no sense to her. Maybe there would be an explanation tomorrow.
There better be.
