"I- I don't even see how you can use magic by accident,"
they groaned. "Let's just, walk out now, before we're seen..."
Deena frowned. "But Emperor's Coven members might be supervising
here, considering the last incident... we better be careful." Deena
felt someone bump into her. "O-Oh! Hi there!" they said in the most
disguised voice possible. Ah, drat. I think it's one of those
students. "How has... Grom- been- going for you?"
Maylee's POV
Drip, drip, drip... Maylee's wounds were catching up to her
now, and it was getting more difficult to dodge! She winced, and
ripped off part of her dress fabric to bandage her wounds. While
rolling away from the Grom monster, she managed to stab it with her
katana once- a lucky hit- and then... it transformed into a
dog-like creature (you know the one, probably, the eyeless
three-headed creature). She winced. "G-Gorffy?" Gorffy yelped,
walked up to her, and sniffed her. "N-n-n-NO! This- this isn't-"
Too late. The dog-like creature snapped. "G-Gorffy, I mean- Grom
monster- STAY BACK!" she whimpered. Oh, no, no, no, no. This wasn't
her greatest fear... but she couldn't hurt... her old pet... tears
flooded down her cheeks, as she remembered.
"Maylee, you've seemed so lonely lately, so we decided to
get you a friend!" her mom had said, cheerfuly clasping her hands
together.
"Open up the box, May!" They'd both seemed so happy and
excited for her...
It was love at first sight. She decided to name him...
Gorffy. Okay, so she was going to name him goofy. But she'd
mispronounced it...
Gorffy was the sweetest dog-like creature ever. He'd lick
your face when you were down, listen to you when you were sad...
he'd steal your socks and get on your nerves sometimes.
And one day... he- he died. When she left him
unsupervised...
She couldn't hurt him... or even a monster that looked like
him...
Nymphia seemed to be having fun as adult supervision. She was
giggling at the fight and remembered her own grom. The grom "queen"
really did not have fun and young Nymphia had to help her defeat
the grom monster. It was uuh- Interesting facing her fears of
failing test after test.
"Oh Dawn, we may have to do what I did in my youth again!" She
playfully spoke to her Palisman.
"Hey, watch it!" Brooksook snapped, whirling to face the strange
person. "Don't get in my w-wa-" she felt her throat dry up.
Suddenly, she blurted. "Hey, I know you!"

"Know me? From where?" Deena coughed. Shoot. Welp, time
to go! Deena was trying their best not to show how nervous they
were. Should they run? Play dumb? WHICH TO DO!?!
"Am I Alfie Rainesburg? Is that who you were thinking of?
Because- that's my name. I'm just attending this event!" Ah,
great. Like she's going to fall for that one.
After getting Nyark as her palisman Kaya decided to go and get
ready for Grom.
Grom wasn't even as exciting for Kaya as she would like to be, a
shapeshifting demon from the basement of the school should be fun
to watch or fight but all they could think about was Toshiko and
how they didn't even try to ask her out. Feeling things like this
was not an usual occurrence in their life, one of the things they
did best was flirt and play with people , but, for some odd reason
,the blue haired girl was all she caught think about.
She shook her head, finished getting ready and started walking
toward where the grom was taking place with the little red fox
following her.
She knows she was probably late but she didn't care. She entered
the school building and started walking toward in the halls.
Brooksook blinked, momentarily distracted. "Uh... what? Who are you
exactly?" Her brown eyes flicked to the girl and she cocked her
head to the side, looking a little confused. "Are you with them,
or....?"
Outside, leaning against the school, just at the bottom of the
steps, a blue-haired girl waited. As Kaya approached, her dark eyes
lit up. "I..." The girl stood up and walked slowly towards Kaya.
She stopped in front of them and looked at her feet. "I didn't
think you'd come..."
She glanced up a bit, blushing. "Uh... you look... really nice."

Deena started slowly, casually, side-stepping away, but not
in a noticeable way. WILL THEY FIGURE IT OUT OR NOT? THIS IS
TORTURE!! "Oh, er... her? I don't know who that is," Deena
lied. PLEASE REALIZE I'M DOING THIS SO WE DON'T GET
CAUGHT!!
