Kaylan snarled and bared his fangs. He crouched down and lunged at Heather, taking his large claws against her, drawing blood. He wrinkled his nose at the smell of it then tensed. A small crimson droplet splashed on his arm. Kaylan's eyes began to darken, the outside still blood red. The sight of the blood maddened him.

DD continued to fight the butterfly horde. She, however, also observed the other students in their training. She was surprised at Fog's transformation. It must have been one of the things the bad scientists did to him... She refocused on her battle, filing the information on the others away. Perhaps it would be of use for later battles... For now though, she sent her owl through the butterfly horde and to Sakura, who was fighting off her knights with a sword she had pulled out. Her owl began to grab and swipe at the blade with its metal talons, in an attempt to either A)take the blade from Sakura or B)break the blade to render it useless.

After a while of sword fighting, Lin finally emerged victorious. One foot on Katerina's chest and her blade pointed at her throat, Lin exclaimed, "Bad luck Kat, another time perhaps," Katerina scowled.

DD saw the opportunity and took it. Her owl managed to take the sword away from the distracted girl easily and her knights were able to corner her as well. The butterflies were no longer much of an issue, so DD was able to run over to where they were.

Khione began to grow nervous. "Heather, you might want to stop the bleeding...it's...agitating Kaylan." She called to her. And it was, Kaylan's fangs were sharper than ever, his eyes a dark black with a hint of crimson around the edges. He was crouching slightly, waiting for the right time to pounce. And sink his teeth into her neck.

"What do you mean?-" Heather said, as she then fell on the floor unconscious, due to the loss of blood. Sakura saw this, and spoke. "DD, the new girl just collapsed, wait here!" She said, as she went over to Heather. "Oh dear.." Then, Sakura turned to Kaylan angrily. "Just what did you do now?!" She scolded.

DD called off her knights to allow Sakura to check on the new girl who had collapsed, likely from blood loss. She turned her attention to Kaylan, who's appearance had changed just a bit and was crouched as if waiting to pounce. Something in her mind clicked. Could he be...?

Lin ran to Kaylan's side immediately. "Kaylan....calm down...take deep breaths. Yes, like that." she whispered softly to him. "He didn't mean it. It's just that sometimes....it's a little hard to control our...animal instincts." Lin explained. Kaylan frowned, "I-I'm really sorry...I didn't mean any harm. Will she o-ok?"

Khione rushed to Heather and muttered a spell. "Heather will be okay, everyone. Please stay put until the instructors arrive."

DD recalled her knights back to their piece forms and returned them to her pocket. It would be best to follow the Headmistress's instructions and stay put for now. In the meantime, she could practice using her new powers of telekinesis!

Suddenly two flashes of colour appeared next to Khione. One pale blue, the other a mystical purple. Two people stepped out of it, a tall blonde young woman with slightly golden skin and golden features, and a glum-looking boy with shocking blue hair and grey feathered wings. Khione smiled, "Class, may I introduce to you, two of your new instructors! They are Delphi, who is your Magic Instructor, and Melancholy Griffins, who is your Intelligence Instructor." Delphi smiled and Melancholy gave a brief nod. Khione whispered to Melancholy, who nodded. "Hello everyone. My name is Melancholy Griffins, and I'm your Intelligence Instructor. Shortly, I will be handing you sheets to fill out, which will help us know how to train you based on your weaknesses and strengths." he said. Delphi handed them all sheets with a smile.

DD looked over the sheet and winced a little as she filled it out. As much as she hated to admit certain things such as weaknesses, she knew it was required to better train the students.
