To whom this may concern,
Although we cannot disclose any further details at this point in time, we have sent you this letter to inform you that your recent achievements have been recognised and that we believe your abilities may be of great help for our current investigation. If you wish to not proceed further, we ask that you please dispose of this letter and do not share its contents to anyone other than the intended recipient.
However, for those who are interested, a meeting is being held on the evening of xx-xx. We ask that, with you, you bring this letter and some ID, as well as luggage for a night’s stay, and Pokémon should you wish to. A ferry will be waiting at your local port, by noon of that day, which will then bring you to our Headquarters. Once everyone has arrived and settled, you’ll be given a brief tour and complimentary dinner before the meeting.

The odd letter had arrived at your current residence that morning, along with your usual mail. It didn't appear to be anything special until you'd opened it, reading the extremely vague contents inside. However, stamped at the bottom was the official emblem belonging to that of the International Police, signing off the letter, along with a couple of other illegible signatures beside it. What could they possibly want with you? You only had a couple of days to make your decision.
Meanwhile, in Hoenn, Team Aqua and Magma have put aside their petty differences and have banded together as one to achieve their goal of creating their ideal world. Their first move is currently already in effect: closing the region's borders and placing submarines in the surrounding waters, allowing no one in or out. The next step is to seize the Pokémon of the citizens, who they deem unworthy of possessing Pokémon, and shutting down the gyms and league.

If you want a character that's on neither team at the beginning, that's also okay !
They'll be considered a citizen who'll eventually have to fight to keep their Pokémon or lose them !
Alternatively, they'll be given the option to join a side !
Typical battling rules apply !
Don't be super OP and have your 'mons dodging everything !
6 Pokémon max per team, 4 moves max per Pokémon !
1 Mega, 1 Z-Crystal, 1 dyna/gigantamax etc !
No legendaries or mythical Pokémon !
Please let me know beforehand if you want to make any changes to your team during the RP !
