School students filter in, as the grand iron gates to Aurealis High opens. I’m so excited to be accepted into Aurealis High! It’s one of the most prestigious schools in the whole entire world!” A girl comments, talking to her blue haired friend. (This is your first year here btw, imma run your characters names thru a name generator to sort y’all into houses)

A tall redhead stepped out of the car, waving to her chauffeur. “Bye” she mumbled, before facing the school curiously. She had never been to “school” before. Like her sister, she was trained in the Red Room. Meanwhile, Audrey was walking around with her famous crown and scepter of Auradon. She was busy looking for Mal, Uma and the rest from the Isle of the Lost. They were the only few from that world.

Vernor had a rather uneventful arrival, as he was driven here by a little van with several stickers and logos painted over, the latest one just saying "Wheatley Laboratories". His briefing was short and sweet as well, as the coated fellow on the steering wheel just said: "Remember. You're the only one who came from our dimension, so don't make it bad. If we are lucky, we can have an escape contingency for when ours goes upside down. No pressure." With that, the short robot got out with two suitcases and then just looked around, whistling. "Wow, this here looks like a fine place to stay at!"

Suvansh was really excited. Hearing about this place was just so interesting, that being there finally just melted him. It was a glorious place. Well, it was one of the best in the multiverse. When he heard about it, he didn't really know what to think. Even the existence of parallel universes was doubted, so how could he actually believe that there was a way that people from a multitude of worlds could meet and study at the same place? The students here would be totally alien to him, their looks, and their powers. He had heard many stories. And he had heard that all stories were true. Everything ever written on paper is reality in some world. Or so he was said. It couldn't possibly true that everything existed, of course. He stretched his hands and entered through the vast open iron gates to the institute.

Mehul, as excited he was to be at the school, he never liked schools much. In fact, he never went straight through a year without getting kicked. Firstly, he was dyslexic. And then there was the ADHD. He had no idea of what to think about the strange electrical experiences he had until he was taken into camp half-blood by a satyr. And now they all said that this place was not like normal schools, and though he could control his electric senses way more than he did when he was thrown out of schools due to them, he wasn't really confident that he would pass a year without being expelled for yet another incident he now understood, but couldn't explain. How did the mist work in this universe? Could he possibly use it to his advantage? There were so many questions troubling him.

Alina stepped out of the old-fashioned carriage and looked around, the wind whipping through her black and gold kefta as she she straightened the gold pins in her flowing hair. She peered around, looking at all the strange people with strange powers, like her. She tucked her necklace, which contained a piece of Mozorova's Stag's antlers (which amplified her powers) into her blouse carefully. "Here you go Sankta ," a short man muttered, handing her black suitcases with gold edges. " Spasibo, " Alina said, thanking the man as he drove off, leaving a cloud off dust behind. Dragging her suitcases behind her, Alina spotted little children running around and laughing, which put a smile on her pale face. "Malenchki's, how adorable!" she laughed. Focusing on her hands for a moment, Alina closed her eyes and summoned a small ball of light in one hand, and a ball of shadow in another, another smile appeared on her amused face. She was please her powers were working.

This country was a lot different to Ravka, there was more happiness and wealth, unlike Kerch. But nothing could never top the vast amount of splendour at the Little Palace surrounded by wonderful Grisha like her. But what made her the odd one out was the fact she was a Saint. A Sun Summoner in fact, but with added abilities after the incident with the Darkling, she had the power of shadows. She missed the Little Palace, and Mal....she would've missed Genya...but after what she did....well....she couldn't anymore, even though Alina longed for her company.

Max was out of his league. A high school with people from all different dimensions? Though, with the things that the 16-year-old boy had seen, it wasn't a complete and total shock. He stepped out of the car, a rickety old Beatle that looked as if it was ready to fall apart at any minute. This wasn't Maxwell's first time attending a high school, he had, for a few years, attended one in his own dimension, leaving for reasons that he didn't like to remember. He missed Zea, who had refused to come with him, saying she hated school and had dropped out for a reason. He paused, sighing, before continuing onward. Looked like he was on his own again.

Coby stumbled out of the car, confused but excited. He hadn’t gone to school in 24 months, at least. He had stopped counting. Gino had stepped out of the car on the opposite side to him, admiring the vast building expanding in front of them. Coby glanced around. There were so many people! He hadn’t seen this many people in one place in what felt like forever, it was so exciting and overwhelming he nearly didn’t know what to feel. His breaths shaky with energy, he glanced over the top of the car at Gino, who had already gotten their luggage out of the trunk and was looking at him expectantly. With a start, he realized he had been gawking at the school so much that he had forgotten to take out his luggage, and he quickly scrambled to the trunk, opening it with a huff. He hadn’t ridden in a car in so long either, and all the cars he had seen were either broken down, completely smashed, or burning. Yanking his heavy luggage out with a grunt, he pulled up the suitcase handle and slammed down the trunk door. Picking up his bags, Coby nodded to Gino and started off towards the looming school.

Gino stepped carefully out of the car and shut the door behind them, gazing up at the daunting building ahead of them. They weren’t used to this many people, and the noise was almost overwhelming. Anxiety trickled down their neck and made its way across their body with a shiver. Giving a quick shake of their head, Gino decided to get moving. No use standing here when there was a whole new school to explore. They had never seen anything this fancy in their entire life, and they weren’t sure what time this was, but they were undoubtedly excited to learn and study at this new school. Everything was new, and everything was big and exciting. As they grabbed their luggage out of the trunk of the car, a car they had never ever seen before, a million different thoughts ran across their mind at once, all swirling and diving across their consciousness as they took in what stood before them. Glancing over across the car, they saw Coby staring at the school and glancing around, and they could tell that he was just as excited as they were, though a lot more energetic. Coby noticed them staring pointedly and quickly got the message, hurrying behind the car to get his luggage. After he finished and was ready, Gino picked up their bags and clicked up the suitcase handle, dragging it as it rolled noisily over the pavement, heading towards the towering castle of the school, anxiety and excitement mixing to make an emotion they hadn’t felt in ages.

Soon, everyone had gathered in the great school gladitorium. Principal Demetrius, otherwise known as Mr D, cleared his throat. “Welcome one and all students, to you first year in Aurealis High. Here, you will mingle with people you’ve never dreamed of meeting, and learn new things! Score points for your houses, get special privileges and many more! First, I must address that misbehaviour WILL be rightfully dealt with, and some come with severe consequences. Tardiness and continued failure to comply with rules will result in punishment, suspension, and in the worst case, expulsion. On that note, do enjoy your time with us! Your curfews are at midnight. As you all will know, your houses are…[y’all already know right?]. Go ahead and head on to your dorms. You have a while to unpack, then assemble in the cafeteria for lunch”

Audrey headed off to her dormitory, plopping her bag down onto one of the three beds. I suppose I’m going to have two more people from other places. She mumbles.

Faith stalked off to the Wise Wolves dormitories, still in a bit of a huff. She had just escaped the Red Room, though on a bad note. Her last mission had to be fighting her sister, and she had knocked her sister unconscious, quickly bringing her back to a safe place. She sat on one of the beds, watching as a tendril of death magic floated around her hand in the air, as she waited for her dorm mates

Vernor went to the house of the Wise Wolves, where we was supposedly assigned, although he still was a little uncertain. His audio input had been acting up a little since his arrival, though he couldn't figure out the fault in them. Nevertheless, he fixed his cracked glasses and put down his bag, whistling. "My my, this here home will be easier to crack than Frenchies off a Frontline!" With that, he sat down on a bed and waved at Faith, muttering a little howdy.

"Wise Wolves," Max muttered under his breath, as he entered the dormitory, his eyes constantly looking around him, fascinated with everything that he saw. All these different people, from all of these different dimensions, it was all so shocking to him. In a way, it reminded him of the Net-World, though everything there was digital. In his head, he wondered if he'd still be able to access it here. That would be good to know. He sat down on a bed, his leather bag landing next to him with a thump.

Faith jumped at the arrival of the two new visitors, inside her mind of course. On the outside, she appeared calm. “Hello, Vernor, Max. How are you guys?” She asked, snapping her fingers to make the tendrils of black disappear. She took out a belt of knives, and begins sharpening them, a safe distance away from her house-mates.

Max jumped, completely wrapped up in himself, not realizing that there was anyone else even here. But now, he was aware of two other...people. Huh. One was more robotic than the other, so he turned his attention to the one that had said his name, smiling nervously. "Uhh, hi. I'm, uh, good."

"Oh, y'know, just doin' alright so far. It's not every day you get to visit another alternate dimension with alternative physics just to visit school, ain't that right?" Vernor chuckles, stretching both hands out to Max and Faith, giving a little smile and his orange LED eyes shine brightly. "Let's do the introduction a lil' formal though, won't you agree? I'm Vernor, one of the newest robotic relays from the Labs. What about you two?"

"Newest robotic-Oh," he said quickly, shaking Vernor's hand. "My name's Max, and I'm, uh..from Brooklyn," he finished weakly. Zea probably would have handled that better, but then again, she might have just ignored them. She wasn't the most sociable person, to begin with. He turned to Faith. "So, what about you?" While Max may have been a bundle of emotions at the moment, he still had a curious mind.

Alina walked silently to Crafty Dwarves, where she was supposed to stay. Her face looked cold and angry, she missed Keramzin and wanted desperately to get out of here. She arrived at the dorm, where groups of people stood talking. Sitting in a red armchair, she pulled a book out of her sleek suitcase and began to read. Istorii Sankt’ya was a favourite of hers, a book about all the different Sankt’ya like her. The girl flicked to the page about the powerful Grisha amplifiers, the ones that she actually owned. She sighed heavily and looked around, unimpressed at her lack of social skills. Alina turned to her side and closed her eyes, summoning a large ball of light that quickly enveloped everyone. She smiled happily as the light retracted and turned off. Alina dared not use the shadows, they would make everyone fear her, and what if she used the Cut ? She dared not think of that, the consequences would be disastrous...

Mehul drifted quickly towards the Gold Griffins dorms. When he reached the school, he was said to leave his stuff with the staff, and that it would be transported to his room. But staying in camp half-blood, with Hermes children always stealing his stuff, he was too paranoid to leave his stuff for long, especially with the staff, or in his dorm room. He was to share it with two other people...but he couldn't bother remembering their names just yet. Of course he'll get to know them more later. For now, he just went and checked through his stuff, and when satisfied everything was there, he organized it as he liked.

Suvansh, unlike Mehul, had no hurry to get to his dorm room. In fact, he strolled around slowly, taking in the view of the however much of the campus he could see. Of course, the path to his dorms from the gladitorium didn't cover even a small part of the school. He was still 16, that would be underaged in his world, but he didn't know the laws here. And anyways, he was in school now. He supposed he could do magic without actually getting into trouble. Anyways, he could always use the excuse that he's new and doesn't know the rules. So, he left his mark here and there, coloring a few items where it was unlikely anyone would really notice. It was small, but not the least mischievous. And then the occasional student who spotted him couldn't look more glamoured by him.

Alina scanned the Gold Griffins dorm, trying to see if there was anyone she could talk to. Her eyes scanned the room, but she was too nervous to talk to anyone. She sighed heavily and opened her book, becoming enthralled by the wonderous pictures and fantastic descriptions. Alina twisted her ring idly, a gold band with a shimmering Ice Dragon's scale, another amplifier. Alina unpacked her suitcase, pulling a black bag out of it. She brought out a pair of gold gloves, which had mirrors embedded in them, something which was created to help her master her powers.

Alina summoned balls of light and sent them whizzing around the room, one almost striking people on the face. It zoomed past her neck making her laugh softly. Her stomach rumbled and Alina pulled a packet of sweets which she brought from Keramzin. Popping one in her mouth, a smile spread across her face. It was delicious.

[Hey Abra? Your house is Crafty Dwarves. My apologies as I forgot to tell you personally]

Faith turned to face the pair. “My name is Faith. I am from the Red Room, just like my older sister Natalia. Though I was stuck there for a much longer time then she was. I escaped, and a stupid letter appeared out of nowhere. I decided it was worth a try, so why not?” Her reflexes caused her to flip Vernor over her shoulder and onto her thankfully soft and plush bed. She had been alarmed by Vernor’s outreached hand. When she realised what she has done, she immediately recoiled, and helped Vernor up. “Sorry…assassin reflexes” she mumbled, looking on awkwardly.

Max's mouth dropped open. While he only had a very, very faint idea about what she was talking about, the way that she had flipped Vernor so easily made him both amazed, and very terrified for his life. He let out a little squeak of surprise, his mind flashing back to the day that he met Zea. "Oh. my. gosh. You. are," he swallowed hard, "Scary." He blinked a few times, before muttering, "Zea would love to see this."

Gino’s black boots scuffed against the carpet of the fancy school floors, worn from years of struggling and surviving. Coby walked next to them, fiddling with his fingers, glancing around and gasping at every new thing that came into view. Even though he was a dork, Gino had become fond of their friend, and was a little disappointed that they would not be staying together. Eventually, the two came to a split in the corridor, and Gino had to leave Coby to get to their dorm. Waving to their friend, they plodded along, keeping an eye out for their dorm rooms while admiring the beautiful handiwork and architecture of the gorgeous building.

After making many turns and opening many wrong doors, Gino came to a large, fancy door at the end of a hallway. Curious, though fairly certain this was not their dorm, they turned the handle and pushed it open, struggling slightly with the sheer mass of it. The door swinging open with a long creak, Gino stood in the doorway, astonished at what they had found. A library, stacked floor to ceiling with rows and rows of towering shelves packed tightly with all the books you could ever imagine in your life, and more. Quickly coming out of their daze, Gino glanced around, nervous that they weren’t supposed to be there, but they were dying to explore this beautiful and grand collection, so they stepped tentatively into the gaping room, soon finding comfort in the books and losing their sense of anxiety. As they walked among the tall bookshelves, admiring all the covers and straining to see the roof of the room, they wandered farther along, eventually coming to the end, with a door just as large as the first for an exit. Though leaving the beautiful library gave Gino a melancholy feeling deep within their chest, they didn’t want to be caught nor lose any more time to their horrible sense of direction, so they pushed open the exit door as well, walking out of the library and hearing it shut loudly behind them.

Eventually finding the right door, they read the labeled slate above the entrance. “Crafty Dwarves” read the sign. Gino huffed, not very impressed, and clicked open the door, sending an echoing creeaak throughout the empty dorm. Flicking on the light switch to send a string of light illuminating the dorm in a shallow glow, they glanced around. Nobody else seemed to have arrived yet, which seemed funny to them, seeing as they technically got lost and distracted whilst searching for this place. Deciding on one of the beds on the far side to settle, Gino set their bags down with a huff, collapsing onto the bed, exhausted. It hadn’t even been two hours and they already wanted to go to sleep. Turning over onto their side, they heaved a sigh and closed their eyes, waiting for their extra luggage and their other dorm mates to arrive.

Coby was amazed by every little thing. It was just so big and beautiful! He hadn’t seen anything this big since his world wasn’t completely demolished. He hadn’t even lived in a house this big before! Everything surprised him, and everything impressed him. He was excited and energetic, ready to meet new people and make new friends! Not that Gino wasn’t enough, but they could be… a little cold, sometimes, so he wanted other people to hang out with, especially if him and Gino weren’t going to be staying together. He didn’t want to be lonely and left out. Maybe he could make this school experience better than his last one. He was actually technically already out of school in his world, but he figured rules like that worked differently here. Besides, this place looked way better than his old private high school that was already barely functioning. Here, everything looked new, improved, and shiny. Everything was fancy, everything worked, and everyone was nice. So far.

He split off from Gino solemnly, but was also excited to be on his own, as long as he didn’t break anything. So far, everything was going well. He was optimistic, and he was really glad he was able to come here. He was so so super excited for everything that was going to happen, even if he didn’t quite want to go back to a school. He became so enveloped in his thoughts that he didn’t watch where he was stepping, and he came to a staircase. Not paying attention, Coby missed a step and slipped, falling down and tumbling over the stairs, crashing down at the landing painfully. With a groan, he sat up, clutching his side, scolding himself for being so clueless. This was not the first time he had fallen down stairs, he just prayed nobody had seen. Struggling upright, he stood up and brushed himself off with one hand, while still clutching at his side, wincing in pain. He knew enough to know that his dorm was on the floor he had just fell from, so he would need to climb all the way back up the stairs, this time bruised and with a pained rib. Letting out an exasperated sigh, he began to ascend the staircase.

After around 10 minutes of walking and many levels of pain, he finally found his dorm room. The one he was supposed to share with three other people. The labeled slate above it read “Purple Swans”. Still grasping his side, Coby pushed down the door handle and swung open the door, striding into his new home. Turning on the lights and sending a wave of electricity to illuminate the dusty room, Coby found a nice bed to set his stuff. Still waiting for the rest of his things to be delivered, he sat down on the bed with a grunt, his side aching and his ankle screaming. Bruises had sprouted along his arms and leg, and he sighed. Laying back on the bed, he decided to sleep while he waited for the others to arrive. Kicking off his dirty shoes, he lay on his back, his eyes closed. Though he couldn’t seem to find sleep, he decided to keep his eyes shut for the time being, trying to relax as his body throbbed in pain.
