I'm doing the Raylong quest and I'm on the third one. I don't understand what it wants me to do:

Show hidden content

Oh, someone was faster than you.
But maybe he'll exchange his treasure for some of yours.

Does this mean I have to wait for the next quest to pop-up or is this the quest itself?

The gem collector has the orb. He'll exchange it for flying gems and dragon gems. 5 DG and 10 FG I believe
