I know the title sounds confusing, but here me out. I think we should have a option in our settings that can change whether all our feeds are default public or default friendlist. Half the time, I forget to check the box for friendlist only, and the people I didnt want seeing it see it anyway. It might make it easier. And if someone that has it default friendlist only wants to make one public, then they could just uncheck the box when making the feed. Probably oversimplifying the feed system a bit, but eh, it would still be cool to see.

This would be SO handy! I post a lot of feeds which I end up orienting towards my FL only, and there have been a few whoooops moments where I've meant to post something privately and ended up posting it for everyone to see. I've had to delete it, and then repost with the box checked.

If this were implemented, I would definitely be a user who would default my feeds to FL only and select which ones to make public. This is a great suggestion!
