I do need help how can i buy keys for the mystery chest and is there a way to get another rumble pack for the missions?

You get the keys the same way you get the boxes: Rumbling. As for rumble packs...I assume you mean explorer bags? Yes, you can get them through the badge completion as well as randomly through rumble missions

It's possible to get some mystery boxes and keys from fishing and exchanges with Liah as well. (You can read more about Mystery boxes here if you wish.)

As far as buying them goes, you can't buy them from any shop like the Item Shop but you can of course buy them from other users. Scour though the Public Trades or the Item Market at the Global Trade Station to see if anyone's got the colors you need up for trade or sale. You can even set the Item Market to alert you whenever anyone puts an item you want up for sale there.
