Character species: Shiny Luxray
Character look: Like this (humanoid version)
Character personality: Can be very timid and nervous but when around friends she's fierce and strong. Around any medical place she becomes nervous and scared (see backstory). She is fiercely protective and is willing to die for someone she loves.
Character strange ability: Can control and turn into lighting/electricity. She loves training.
Strange mark: Imbedded in her golden star-shaped tail is a mega stone, and in her left ear there is a medical tag which is impossible to get off. It reads: Specimen-23A-457bL.
Backstory: Was taken by scientists to experiment on, there were trying to create the most powerful electric Pokémon. They embedded a Mega Manetric Mega Stone in her tail so she can turn into lighting and put several power amplifiers around her body but their experiment went wrong. They had to sedate her in order to experiment on her but it went wrong. She woke up and escaped the facility. She's been on the run ever since.
Anything else?: Can turn into her humanoid form and she does it often.

Username: Skye_in_daSky

Character name: Floria (uses she/her/hers pronouns)

Character species: Deerling

Character look: Looks like the standard deerling, and her fur changes color due to the seasons (more info at strange ability), but her flower is always a grey-black shade no matter what the rest of her fur looks like. Whenever she uses a move, it flickers slightly with that type color, but that's the only time it ever changes.

Character personality: A very quiet Pokemon, only speaking when spoken to or if she feels it necessary, and doesn't trust anyone. Has a hard time making friends and doesn't like traveling in groups or alone, and often goes off on her own when it's light out.

Character strange ability: When her fur colors change based on the seasons, her typing (that isn't normal) changes as well, so she's able to use different moves. For example, during summer, she's pink, and she can use fairy-type moves, and when it changes to fall she's orange, and she can use fire-type moves etc. But, it's not very powerful (yet?) and she can't control it very well. Her flower also cancels out her power if it gets too strong/uncontrollable.

Strange mark: Her flower lost its color during the experiments, and they decided to turn that into something, so now it cancels out her power if it ever gets out of hand.

Backstory: Used to be a very upbeat, optimistic Pokemon, living with her mother and two siblings, but when she was stripped away from that life and forced to be experimented on and was broken down so much she thought she would fall apart, she lost most of her happy-go-lucky demeanor. Always loved to read books, and she still enjoys them occasionally.

Anything else?: Used to not be afraid of anything, because "Fears hold you back from experiencing something new," but now she's deathly afraid of the dark. Has a best friend named Talon who's a Rufflet, they haven't seen each other since she got captured though. (might make a form for him but we'll see)

Character look: A Mareep with darkness in there eyes and black wool and black glasses to hide his eyes.
Character personality: Silent, Quiet, Kind
Character strange ability: the ability to create illusions, he can create illusions out of fear.
Strange mark: a Scythe
Backstory: This Mareep was born with a scary look, and since the Mareep looked scary, the parents of the Mareep abandoned him. The Mareep has had a very tough childhood. The sad thing is, he can’t even evolve.

Character name: Ribbon is his nickname, is real name is Kindle

Character species: Flareon

Character look: Looks like a standard Flareon, however his tail is rimmed with a black, jagged pattern. Wears a clear blue ribbon-like scarf around his neck.

Character personality: Very calm and quiet, but gets annoyed easily and often dislikes helping others due to being constantly betrayed. Has trust issues and doesn't know how to make friends, but is really friendly once he opens up and is very funny.

Character strange ability: Team Rocket was experimenting with a new substance they're calling the A-Virus, a black, gooey substance they found outside, writhing and moving by itself on a bush. They took it in and started running tests on it, and eventually they decided to test its reaction to another living thing, or a Pokemon. So they fused it with Ribbon, and boy did they get a reaction. I'll explain this thing more in the 'anything else' section, but basically, whenever Ribbon experiences a strong emotion (usually anger), the Virus will take over his mind and his eyes will go black, with red pupils. In that state, Ribbon is not able to think clearly as his consciousness has been taken over by the Virus, and his strength, speed, HP, defense and agility are all boosted by 40%. He's very hard to calm down in that state and it took Team Rocket forever to gain control of him and make him stable (btw, Team Rocket has done many experiments with the Virus before but Ribbon was the first time it's ever worked and not made the Pokemon either die or go completely insane).

Strange mark: The black rim on his tail is from the Virus experiments, and his left eye being slightly off-colored from the Virus.

Backstory: Ribbon lived as an Eevee with his mother and brother, when one day he stumbled across a cave and found a Fire Stone. He evolved with it, and ran back home to show his family. His family was disgusted, for a reason Ribbon will never know, and they kicked him out, leaving him to wander on his own. He tried making friends, but they all left him, even giving him some issues as they went. Eventually, he found Team Rocket and, thinking they would help him, went with them. Turns out, no they didn't help him they made his life 1000x worse, and now his trust has been shattered and his spirit is broken.

Moveset: Flamethrower, Fire Fang, Tackle, and Ember (when in his Insane mode his attacks do 40% more damage)

Anything else?: this is how the A-Virus works: it's from a different plane of existence entirely, and on the rare occasion it does come into this world, it just hangs around waiting for a victim. It looks like a black goo oozing around, moving on its own. If you touch it, it will attach itself to you and seep into your body, slowly making its way through your bloodstream into your mind, where it attaches itself there and slowly corrupts you, making you go insane and eventually die. Team rocket experimented on countless Pokemon with this thing, trying to get it to make them ultimately more powerful, but every experiment up until Ribbon ended in disaster. Finally, they got it to work, and now Ribbon's mind is plagued with a virus that is slowly killing him, making him unpredictable and dangerous. His stats are only boosted when the virus has control over him, and it can very easily short-circuit and stop "working properly", so he goes back to his original state. When he comes back to his original state he is fatigued and sore, always experiencing a headache.

Character personality: Is a huge introvert and doesn't talk to people. Likes to hang out around forests and run with wolves.
Character strange ability: Has the power to amplify a Pokemon's power.
Strange mark: Has a yellow left arm which is has a black scar and scattered with black and grey veins. His eyes are a milky-white which counts to his slightly poor vision.
Backstory: Was taken by scientists as a baby and mistreated because of his vision. He stole a scientists weapon and enhanced it's power, which helped him escape. Was constantly forced to amplify Pokemon's powers to turn them into weapons which were then used against him. He was injected with a serum which made him go partially blind and his veins go black. Other effects will happen, but later on in the roleplay.
Moveset: Power-Up, Thunder Punch, Discharge, Agility, Plasma Fists.
Power-Up amplifies a Pokemon's power if he touches them.
Discharge releases energy which can either amplify a Pokemon or shock them and paralyse them.

Character strange ability: once a week at dawn, she receives a vision of the future. however, she is in agony at that time
Strange mark: a dark green 10-cm scar on her left wing
Backstory: When Dawn was born, she sparkled like a shiny, but rainbow colours. word got out to team rocket and they captured her. At first, she gathered energy at dawn and destroyed her cage, then team rocket cut her wing. the knife tip was filled with a deadly poison, and Dawn was limp for days. When she recovered, most of her special powers were gone.
