First, this thread should go in the Help subforum

Most pokemon evolve by level. There are some exceptions that evolve by evolution stones or rumble areas, or even trading.

Oh, sorry, I didn't know. Thanks though. And how do you get wild pokemon? I've been wondering about that because I don't know where to find them.
