I was complete on most sets with the normal pokemon and now I'm missing a couple being charmandar, Venusaur, ponyta, psyduck, ralts, wailmer (again!!) Lucario i know i had a breeding set of these as I shiny hunted it myself (also again!). i'm replacing them as we speak but they went AWOL as well as a driflamp and lightblim, easter ducklett and swanna.

though of course I can't prove it as i have no screenshots of any of them in my party but I had them!! I know i did! the easter ducklett was a PAIN to get! the breeding took for-ever!

If you're 100% certain you didn't evolve or release them, maybe you traded them?
