i am level 20 but professor hasn't given me the quest. How do i start it??

for hoopa quest you need to treasure hunt in game centre. sometimes when you open the box this message may come:-

You found the legendary Pokémon Hoopa inside the treasure box!
It fled instantly, I wonder where it went?
Maybe Professor Rowan knows more about this naughty little Pokémon.

then you go to professor rowan's lab and he tells you to find 5 rings:-

The Mischief Pokémon

Arrgh, I can't believe it!! Some idiot freed Hoopa, the legendary Mischief Pokémon! I locked it inside of a treasure box so it would never play pranks on anyone anymore - but now it's back on the streets of Emera Town!

RevolutionaryPlayerND! You need to help me catch it. The only way to get control over it is to find all five Prison Rings. They are small golden rings that are spread all around the town when Hoopa is outside of its box. You have to find them all, please!

[b]After finding all the rings. go to rowan's lab and choose *quack!* option. (make sure you haave an empty space in your party.) and a hoopa egg will be placed in your party

I'd just like to add that the option doesn't matter. You get three 'dialogue' options, but all three get you the egg.

Also, if you forgot to empty a space, you'll just get a warning that the egg can't be adopted. It'll wait until you do before giving you the dialogue options.
