Title: Page 0: Enter Shade! -Rough Draft

NON CANON, JUST A ROUGH DRAFT

The moon sets over the horizon as the sun rises up, A light breeze blows over Nezilao Town
A purple flash races from tree to tree inside Delta Forest, a Meloetta-Magearna walked out her house

Melody: "Shade... Can you slow down... "
Shade: "Hiya Mom!"
Melody: "Youre quite energetic... Hope you had a good time at Princess Jewel's place!"
Shade: "I did! How the trip to Kanto?"
Melody: "Tiring...'
Shade: "Anyways, mom I'll be in town!"
Melody: "Be carefu-"

Shade dashed off at extreme speeds, he eventually stopped.
He stood infront of a worn down lake, moss covering rocks, trees rotting, and a rusty old Corviknight
Shade: "Howdy Raven!"
Raven: "Why hello there Shade... What brings you here on this fine day?"
Shade: "Got you some oil for you! You told that you ran out!"
Raven: "Why thank you. I'm grateful for this, here have a feather..."

Raven handed Shade a Colbalt Blue Feather that was slightly rusted, Shade put in his bag

Shade: "Thank you!"
Raven: "It's nothing really."

Shade blitzed off to town and halted when two bunearies were infront of him
Shade: "Hi Coco! Is this Marble, that Buneary you've told me about?"
Coco: "Waddup Shade, and yeah meet Marble!"
Marble: "U-uhhhh h-hello... You must be Shade right...? It's nice to meet you, Coco told me about you..."
Shade: "It's nice to meet ya too!"

The purple eevee let out his handle and the Dark-Fairy Buneary shook it

Shade: "Anyways came to get some stuff, gonna visit Emerald!"
Coco: "Tell him I said hi!"
Marble: "Is that another one of your friends...? Tell him I also said hi... And have a good time..."

Shade blitz to the store and got some berries for his friends

Title: Chapter 1 - Enter the Trio

The sun rises over the glistening surface of the amethyst purple grass of Eclipse Forest, The
quiet and humble town of Nezalio Town right on the coast of a diamond light blue sand, known
as Aquarius Beach.
From a Light Purple bed with Black Star and Music Note symbols a small light purple Eevee
shuffles around and awakens.
”What time is it...” the Eevee shook himself when he got out his bed, he
was entirely floofy, he grabs a comb and goes into the bathroom and begins to groom himself.
”Curse my fluffiness...”
He looks at his phone to see the time
-3:23 PM-
”Oh fluff, I need to go visit Emerald, Hiro, and Summer!”
He grabbed his clothes and got dressed quickly in his cosmic pattern jacket, white shirt, black
slacks, white shoes, and of course his favorite and most prized possession his purple scarf
which he had since he hatched
”Emerald would get worried, making Hiro upset, making Summer mad since I was
late and it made Hiro upset! I better hurry!”
He passes by a Meloetta-Magearna fusion
”Hey mom! Sorry i got to head to Emerald’s place real quick, be back
tomorrow!”
”It’s ok! Tell Yung I said Hi!”
”Can do! Love ya!”
”Love you too!”
The purple sped off at light speeds, two more flashes of speed followed although much slower
‘My name is Shade! Shade the Eevee, I live with my mother Melody, and meet my two friends...’
One of the two light flashes came from a Cosmog-Eevee Fusion
”Hey Shade! Wait up!”
”Hey Blitz! Coming to meet Emerald?!”
”Yup! I hope you don't mind, but I brought Nessa!”
The other light flash was from a Shiny Feebas-Eevee
”Hi Shade!”
”Hey Nessa!”
”I wanted to meet your friend, hope you don’t mind...”
”It’s ok! The more the merrier”
The trio of Eevees raced from their town to The Forest of Beginnings They eventually reached a
circle of stones
”Is this some gateway? There is no way those rocks are naturally in a perfect
circle!”
”Yup! Stand in the middle with me!”-
The three stand in the middle and were beamed up, they went through some security checks
and eventually finally got to Luminia
”Now where do we go?”
”Follow me, Both of you!”
”But can we get lunch?”
”When we drop our bags off at Emerald’s place!”
Nessa and Blitz sigh as their stomachs rumble, Shade led them to Emerald’s house and
Emerald opened the door
”Hey Emerald! Sorry we were late! Overslept… again… and I hope you don’t mind
but I brought two of my friends!
”Hey Shade, And I’d appreciate you telling me before bringing people
over...”
”Yeah… Sorry...”
”It’s ok… Summer is making tea!”
”Ahem… Shade?”
”Oops, Emerald meet my two friends! Blitz and Nessa!”
”Did you bring Aqui or Winter?”
”Wouldn’t you like to know~”
”What do you mean? I asked...”
Shade facepalmed
”nevermind...”
The trio lied down their bags, had some tea made by Summer along with Cookies made by
Shade, chatted, and fell asleep and huddled up. Yung walked in and looked at the group and
sighed and smiled, wrapping them in blankets
”You all seemed to have a good day! Get some rest, we have a big day tomorrow!
”
He sensed some large and powerful aura and turned his head to the direction of it
”Maybe even more than I anticipated...”

Title: Spring Shorts 1

16 Years before Page 1, It was Spring in Nezalio Town the birds were singing, flowers were
blooming… It was a special day for certain pokemon...
A 18 year old Melody appeared from the bushes, she was a full adult Meloetta-Magearna
”Ah… What a great day! The flowers are so pretty!”
She picked a few for her friends but than heard a rough voice
”I smell something. There’s a egg nearby. And from the smell there’s no parents
around!”
Melody felt a little shock, who would hunt an unprotected egg, being the kind soul she is, she
immediately ran off to find the egg before what she heard could.
She searched for a minutes until she heard the voice again
”A fresh kill...”
A Houndoom jumped at her using Crunch, it didn’t do much damage due to Melody being part
Steel and Fairy
”You sick monster. Trying to hunt an innocent egg!”
”Not my egg. Not my problem.”
Houndoom was hit by Melody’s Fleur Cannon, The Houndoom hit a tree
”You little-”
A Purple Egg fell ontop of her head, knocking the Houndoom out
Melody ran up and took the egg
”How did you get on that tree little one?”
She looked around and saw something. She grabbed it was a Scarf and a Heart Necklace
She began to read
“To whoever finds this egg. I need your help, This is the egg of Queen Soul and King Soul. Our
kingdom may be in danger and so will our children be… May you raise our kid and do not tell him the truth until his journey begins. Give the necklace to him when that time comes. This my
scarf, don’t tell it’s mine. Tell him you made it, as a reward for caring for our child. Take these
Soul-Gems. Thank you - Queen Muffin Soul”
”Queen Soul? She rules the biggest kingdom in the whole region!!”
Melody looked at the egg and back at the note and within the scarf is a bag of 3,200 Soul-Gems
”If you’re female I will name you Mae. If male I will name you Shade...”

Title: Spring Shorts 2

A loud yawn came from a bedroom, getting up from a queen sized bed with a crystal blanket is a Diancie

”Carbinks! I’m going to Melody’s place! I’ll be back!”

Before the Carbinks could react she had already left, On the way there she stops at a crystal purple lake and sees an unprotected egg across it. Being part rock she is wary to cross but looks to the side where a pack of Houndour and a Houndoom are looking for a egg

”That’s definitely not a Houndour Egg… I better get to it before they do!”

She used Diamond Storm to form a small bridge she can cross on, she hops as fast as she can and makes it to the egg, the Houndoom jumps at her but she uses Diamond Storm to knock it back

”I better get to Melody and fast.”

She ran and ran until she reached Melody’s house

”Jewel? What brings you here?”

”Wanted to have a talk! But came across a unprotected egg and a pack of Houndours and a Houndoom were hunting nearby so I rescued it!”

”Same happened here...”

Melody brings out the light purple egg

Princess Jewel holds the cosmic egg

”Yours looks older than mine. It wi-”

The light purple egg cracks and shakes, the two looked at each other and than the egg

A Eevee (Light Purple Fur) hatched from the egg!

The Eevee sees Melody and squeaks

”So cute!!! Welcome to the family Shade!”

”Well you’re naming him Shade… I’m going to name mine Blitz!”

Title: Chapter 2 - The Mysterious Relic

A cry of a legendary beast echoes over the clouds, Hyper Beams and Psycho Cuts rain down onto Eclipse Forest, a mysterious figure emerges from the smoke created by a collision of the two attacks. 

¨You must not let this power consume you sister...¨ gazing upon a Black Latias with glitched eyes and glowing white wings. 

¨What's the problem brother? What makes this power different than our natural ones?¨ She glances back at her brother, a Latios

¨It is clearly a virus, you never acted like this before and I can't risk you spreading it.¨ He dashes at her using Dragon Rush, she dodges and uses Draco Meteor. The Latios´s wing was hit causing him to crash down, as he fell he released a Upside Down Heart Gem before fading away. The relic soared across the sky and landed in Luminia….


¨Hello? Wake up sleepy head!¨ She pokes Shade´s cheek before just shaking him.

¨AAAA- I'm up, I'm up!¨ The purple Eevee arose from his slumber, he was sweating profusely and breathing heavily. His eyes were as shocked as an Elekid, Shade looked at his paw before standing up.

¨Morning Summer...¨

¨...Shade are you ok?¨

¨Ye-Yeah… I'm fine… Just had a… odd dream...¨ The Leafeon looked at him with concern for her friend, she handed him a cup of Cherry Honey Tea

¨I made your favorite tea… Drink up, I hope you like it.¨

¨Thanks...¨ He slowly drank the tea, the sweetness of the tea matched the pleasant aroma that came from it. He finished the tea and thanked Summer. They both went out to see Emerald poking an upside down heart gem with a stick. 

¨What is it?¨ No matter how hard Emerald poked the gem it never moved a centimeter, it seems unmovable… Shade looked at the gem and thought back to his dream, the Latios and Latias… 

¨It's just a rock...¨ Shade picked it up with no effort at all and looked at the gem, He then heard a voice

¨Hello..? Is there anyone who can hear me…?¨ Shade remained silent, his expression changed as the gem glowed

¨So you can hear me… May I know your name?¨ Shade remained silent

¨Shade? That´s a nice name… Anyways I need your help! There's a virus that´s corrupting pokemon… You must get rid of the source. In return I can give you the real truth about yourself… Prince...¨ Shade´s face showed confusion, he thought to himself ´How did you hear my thoughts… And what do you mean the truth, and Prince? What?´

¨I can't talk for long, I must rest up for a while… Good luck Prince...¨ Emerald pokes the Eevee

¨Shade? You alright? We should get this to the School of Sorcery! Emerald tries to grab the relic but Shade put it in his pocket

¨Eh, no need. Just a rock after all, I just thought of something...¨ Summer,Hiro,and Emerald exchanged looks

¨Are you sure?¨

¨Yes. Yes I am! Anyways… Shouldn't we go show Nessa and Blitz around Luminia?¨

¨We already did… You slept through it...¨

¨Oh… I´ll take them back home then!¨ Shade went to Blitz and Nessa who were talking with each other, Shade walks up and smiles

¨Sad I missed the tour, but it was nice to see you all again! Oh and Yung, Melody says hi!¨ Blitz and Nessa wave goodbye before the 3 Eevees dashed off

The soothing wind blows throughout the forest. Purple leaves float in the wind, The water in the river nearby is glistening, and soft ruffling of grass echoes quietly. The 3 flashes of light raced past the scenery. Shade, Blitz,and Nessa stopped and looked at the small town they lived in from a small hill.

¨...We´re here...¨ Shade´s expression emanated a serious look, which was rare for the fun loving bundle of fluff that Shade is. Without any warning Shade leapt and ran downhill, a burst of wind raced through Nezailo Town. He dashed to his home and stopped at the door. 

¨...you got this Shade...¨ he unlocked the door with the key he always had in his bag, he walked in and looked at Melody with the same serious expression. ...Mom....Can we talk for abit?

¨We can! After you do your chores. You left a mess in your room and the bathroom, your fluff is shedding again!¨

¨But… Fine…¨ Shade went to his room, he made his bed and picked up all the shedded fluff on the floor before heading to the bathroom and cleaning all the fluff. He heads back to Melody.

¨Now can we-¨ Before he could finish his sentence a golden ring appeared and Jin the Hoopa came out ¨Hey Shade!¨ Shade facepalmed before he replied. 

¨Hey Jin. What brings you here?¨

¨So I may have accidentally on purpose...¨

¨You flooded your house with hot pockets again didn´t ya...¨

¨Yes.¨

¨You can stay in my room… Mom, We really need to tal-¨ Again he was interrupted by Jin ¨Thanks pal. I´ll be in the room!¨ He floated off to Shade´s room. ¨Also Nessa´s mom called and-¨

¨I know about that you aren´t my biological mother...¨

¨That was obvious...¨

¨I meant I know the truth about my parents… well at least some of it… And I´m going out on a journey… a journey to find about myself...¨ Melody looked at her son, she went to a cabinet and brought out a note and a heart necklace, she went to Shade and put the necklace on him

¨...I knew this day would come… You will need these, this is the note that was with your egg, and this locket is made especially for you by your real parents.. Please don´t get hurt, I may not be your real mother but I do care about you, I raised you since you hatched… This is hard to do… But you should go on this journey… before I change my mind… I love you son...¨ She was crying tears made of oil, she hugged Shade tightly before letting him go. Shade smiled and grabbed his stuff. 

¨You should tell Nessa and Blitz...¨ 

¨I will...¨

Title: Chapter 4 - Ready for Adventure!

¨I will!¨ Shade went off to begin his own journey, what wonders will he see, what foes will he fight, what mysteries will there be? He knows one thing, and that's that he should get the relics before finding his family. He doesn't want to know what catastrophe could happen if these powerful objects went into the possession of a great evil mastermind. He went to Nessa´s house where Blitz and Nessa were talking. Shade walks up to the two and explains what he will do ¨

Look… I know we´re supposed to be a team, and have each other's backs but… I have to do this, I´ll¨ He looks at them with a glare of courage and curiosity Shade hugs Nessa and than Blitz, Blitz hugs him and than looks at him with determination

¨I´m coming too!¨

¨Blitz, you shouldn't it could be dangerous… and at least ask Princess Jewel first...¨

¨Ok, I will!¨ Blitz dashes off, Shade sighs but entertained by Blitz´s eagerness to tag along

¨You up for it too?¨

Nessa gives him a cold stare and puffs her cheeks ¨Hmph.¨

Shade sighs and facepaws ¨Again? I need to learn about my real family Ness...¨

¨Then go do it with Blitz then.¨ She turned away

¨tsundere...¨

¨SHUT IT!!!¨ She slammed the door in his face, Shade sighs and than goes after Blitz, by the time got there Blitz came out the castle and ran towards him

¨She said I can go! Is Nessa coming too?¨

¨Doesn't seem so… Let's just go Blitz.¨ The two eevees walked off into Eclipse Forest, Their fluff blowing in the wind as they explore freely, Shade gazed at the noon sky as Blitz looks at his phone to see what direction they are going in.

¨How about we go to Neon City? We haven't been there in a while¨

¨Oh yeah, remember when you were all hyped for that Musical of your old favorite cartoon and when we got there you sang along with them?¨

¨You´re embarrassing me...¨

¨Chillax, No one is nearby… We should go to Neon City, who knows… Maybe you´ll meet that Magenta Eevee girl again?¨

¨Shade!!!¨ Shade snickers as Blitz blushes a deep orange, they look at a small waterfall. Shade looks around for a moment before grabbing dead logs and piling them up, he then turned to Blitz.

¨Want to light it?¨ Blitz nods and uses Sizzly Slide, the log pile caught on fire and they now had a campfire, They set up their sleeping bags and Shade made some Smores ¨Here we are… Day 1. Looks like our journey starts today.¨

Title: Chapter 5 - To Neon City!

The sun arises from the dark abyss of the night, it shines over the region. As it rises so do our protagonists Shade and Blitz. They hop up and shake their fur before hopping into the nearby lake. Shade hops out instantly being hydrophobic but he slowly dips his paws back in to clean them. He falls into, thankfully only the shallow area. He refuses to go further since he can´t swim. ¨Morning Blitz!¨

The Cosmog-Eevee turns to Shade with a happy face ¨Morning Shade!¨

Shade walks out and shake his fur, all his fur than poofs out and he is now just a big bundle of fluff, Blitz snickers and swims out and shakes his fur he also puffs out into a bundle of fluff but smaller than Shade, They both exchange chuckles and than groom their fur. When they finished they were back to normal amount of fluffiness. Shade pulls out the map ¨Ok… This way to Neon City!¨ Shade points his paw to the east

¨Hey Shade? Why aren't we just running?¨ Shade looks at him and ponders for a bit

¨Sometimes it's nice to go slow and enjoy the scenery...¨ Blitz makes a :o face ¨Oh okie!¨ They began adventuring east to Neon City, hours went by but they finally made it to Neon City. Blitz looked around excited at all the sights, it had been a long time since he visited the city. Shade looked for an inn and ran into a Gallade ¨Sorry mister!¨

¨It's ok, Where are you heading, little one?¨

¨I´m looking for am inn, and name´s Shade by the way!¨

¨Golud, My name is Golud! And there's an inn over there!¨

¨Thanks!¨ Shade signals Blitz to follow as he heads to the inn, Blitz follows him happily.

Golud turns around and smiles ¨Reminds me of my son… I miss him...¨
