The many rumors about the world ending were true, but not by a falling rock from space hitting into the Earth or any other natural disaster, it seems to be something a bit more complex. You know those stories about the so called 'monsters' that make those bumps in the night or live under your bed. Well those mythical people have stepped up. Showing the humans that there really are vampires and werewolves. Demons and angels, ect. And I am not talking about Edward Cullen here. They are a bit more dangerous.

It seems a war had broken out between all of the many races that have stayed hidden and now they are trying to get humans into the brawl. Knowing that the human race stood no chance against the super beings there was a meeting held. One leader from each race brought themselves. The only way they could work things out is by taking one child of each gender and putting them together for arranged marriages. This would unite the races and show the people that even if kids could find love among each other than so could they.

Lets hope they were right...

With a heavy sounding plop she'd drop the dusty old suitcase she had been given just hours prior, Leona stood as the intricate metal gate before her. Craning her neck, she'd take in the sheer size of her temporary home, puttering a little as she'd shift her weight back on forth between her left and right foot. It was hard not to feel like the sacrificial goat here. Everyone else in her position surely must have felt the same too? Just get married, save the world, continue to have zero say in what you want. Shuddering, Leona would shake her head roughly to push her thoughts else where and with one more step toward the gate it would open for her.

With a heavy breath she'd pull her suitcase back into her shaking fingers and would do her best to move toward the front door. Her first time anywhere else, but the palace. She could run away. No she couldn't. What a stupid idea, she'd be found quickly, it's not like Angels could hide themselves from other celestial beings. Guilt would gnaw at her anyways, she had purpose now, a task, a goal, something to do. Even if she personally didn't want to do it, some part of her felt obligated to.

Upon reaching the front door it too would open for her, not surprised, she'd step in. The room before her was clearly some kind of living room area, couches and coffee tables filled the space. Unsure of what to do now, Leona sat down in one of the many open seats and waited.

Dustin walked towards the iron gate dragging his suitcase behind him. It saddened him how far away he was from his home, but he knew he had to end up leaving his mother behind sometime soon. He sighed and watched as the iron gate open before him. He straightened his witch hat before continuing to drag his suitcase along the gravel path towards the house.

When he reached the front door he made sure that he looked his best. He brushed off any dust or dirt off his clothes as the door opened before him. He made sure to let out a comforting smile as he walked in to leave off a good first impression. He then looked around the room, examining the coffee tables and even the lights hung up. He's never seen a place like it before, witches normally lived in small huts or houses overgrown with plants and flowers.

He continued to walk towards the couches and placed his suitcase next to him as he sat down. He made sure he was sitting in good posture, again, trying to give off a good impression onto the others.

Hugging her barrowed suit case close to her, she'd stare blankly at the space around her, the 'fancy' interior wasn't inherently overwhelming. Having family members who was obsessed with opulent things meant her normal surroundings were typically filled with gold and gem incrusted things. It was refreshing to be in a more tasteful setting. Leona's body would shift slightly as she felt the presence of someone enter the home, pulling her out of her head and her eyes quickly shifted to the entrance. She'd glare at the boy as he'd walk over to one the empty couches seeming to not notice her at all. She wasn't sure if it was a rude gesture or she truly was that unnoticeable or maybe the seat she had taken wasn't within his vision. Regardless of which ever possibility was true, she couldn't help but to feel upset.

Taking a moment to push any stray blonde hairs behind her ears, Leona would soon clear her throat to get his attention. Whenever the boy would turn to look at her he'd be greeted by a rather icy blue stare. Not wanting to physically move close to him, she'd stay seated and although her expression was hard, her voice was gentle. "Good afternoon, i'm one of the angels, Leona."

The boy would be a little spooked out by her voice. He completely forgot that it may have seemed rude to ignore people entirely. He let out a sigh and spoke "Nice to meet you. I'm Dustin, a witch. As you can probably tell, I'm not used to proper manners..." He'd respond shyly as he rubbed the back of his head "I was unsure whether or not you wanted to talk to me heheh..." he'd awkwardly laugh, he never really was the first to start conversations, especially towards people who looked more higher class than him.

Her eyebrows would raise before furrowing tightly, she wasn't really sure how to process what he had said to her. Proper manners? Was she really that uptight? Did she seem so out of place that she might not speak to someone? That wasn't at all what she would ever hope to give off, but she had her whole life in a king's castle and only interacted with people who were in the royal circle. She could lie, say she's someone else, but someone could recognize her or figure her out. Lying right off the bat just didn't seem right anyways.

Leona's expression would soften. "I don't need anyone to be proper.." She'd mumble at first, almost childishly. "Do I really seem like someone who wouldn't talk to you?" she'd speak while leaning forward a bit, her eyes widening with curiosity. She wanted to know how others' eyes looked at her. "I would like to add that I very much would like to talk, I haven't spoken to many people.." She'd add in anther little mumble, wanting to clear the air on what she'd want.

Kin ventured throughout the halls of the mansion, only stopping her walk to gaze at the great paintings. It had been the longest of times that she's even seen a painting with such mystical style, and she believes that the piece may just win first place.

Kin had been the first to come, being her mother forcing her to come and stay two nights beforehand of the actual meeting time, so Kin was already slightly used to her dorm and rooms around. She'd been introduced to the library, kitchen, gardening room, map/study room, and the living section but Kin was sure that more remained inside the manor. She continued to walk around the second floor of the mansion, idolized by paintings and chasing dust bunnies

Because of his circumstance, Ritsu had been living within the house for about a month now as his physical wellbeing was being monitored, waiting in his room while he heard the newcomers trickle in. He hadn't met anyone, having locked himself in his room for the entire duration of his stay, only hearing one other person come in before all this. Twisting the fabric of his blanket in his hands, he stood up from the bed he had taken as his own leaving the warm cocoon that he had built for himself deciding that it was time to stop hiding. He was clad in comfortable clothes, an oversized grey jumper that dangled to his thighs and covered his hands the most prominent of them all. Paired with a slightly uncomfortable pair of black compression tights, Ritsu did seem fit for the image of a perpetually sleepy vampire. The sun was out so he would be weaker, more tired, his energy constantly drained leaving him too exhausted to do even the most basic of tasks but he would still make an effort to try and meet the new residents, even if it was only to ascertain each person's blood type and who would be best to feed from if the need ever arose.

Unlocking the bedroom door, Ritsu chanced a glance out of the hallway. Seeing no one, he began to slowly move around to see who he could find and greet. It didn't help that every few minutes he had to stop and catch his breath, joints screaming in protest as he forced his tired legs to move. It hadn't been so hard to move once upon a time, the flashes of pain naught but a rarity as he ran behind his brother through the family house, laughter ringing through the empty halls only for the laughter to fade over the years. His brother had theorized that his illness and pain would be chronic, the pair spending countless nights pouring over books to try and alleviate the pain, but now Ritsu was left alone to deal with it by himself, nights spent flipping through books and days spent sleeping. It was such a bore so hopefully, these new residents would be more interesting than the mundane routine he was accustomed to. With a low grunt, Ritsu pushed off the wall and continued walking down the seemingly endless hallway
