I've reached the interaction limit of 100k interactions today, so I'm not awarded any more rewards for interacting. However, one should still be able to finish Dream World Tasks, which is currently not possible.
I suspect this will also be the case for the Beauty Contest Tasks or other events that involve clicking such as the SCS.

Edit:
I thought the interaction limit meant that you don't get any more rewards for interacting, but that it still was possible to interact. It turns out all interactions are blocked, so I can't even hug my own eggs anymore.
I think it would be better that interactions still go through, but that you don't get any rewards from it such as pokedollar, GGC & trainerpoints. This way other features are still available, and you can still do the things you'd normally do, just without any rewards attached to it.

Actually, the only thing getting to the 100k blocks, is the Clicklist.
You can still open individual pokémon-pages and feed/hug them each separately.

That block shouldn't last the entire day though, or else that person won't be able to collect dream points until reset. Maybe it should only last an hour, so that the player is forced to take a break but not discouraged from playing for the rest of the day?

Agreed, only PD and GGC should be nerfed after x amount of clicks, instead of just not being able to use the click lists at all. Additionally this would help with the problem of not being able to get Shaymin, Kyurem and Zeraora through their respective events, since the 100k cap currently blocks encounters after 100k since you just aren't allowed to click any more after that, which just hasn't felt right for a click-based game.
