Margo finished the blood, and after a minute, Quinn said "So. You
are my new roommate, yes?" Margo nodded, and morphed to Pocket
Dragon. She hopped up onto Quinn's shoulder, and whispered " You
better be careful around me, or I just might kill you." Quinn and
Echo both laughed, short, loud cackles. "You?" Scoffed Echo. "Kill
Quinn? Not likely, unless you are more skilled then I thought."
Quinn swatted at Margo, but missed, and Margo morphed to Human.
"Very funny. Now, let's get talking about this whole ' harm the
good' buesness."
Echo and Quinn laughed again. "It's exactly what it sounds like.
Just-" She cut off as running footsteps echoed down the hallway.
"Gotta go," said Margo, and she was off in Mouse form, down the
opposite direction. Echo and Quinn just stood there in stunned
silence, and barely noticed as they were dragged back to their
rooms, due to the Mist of Confusion that poofed when Margo
stransformed.
Zephyr fumbled with the charms he was supposed to be able to
create. Why did they not work? He made them float using some winds
while staring at them, his eyes narrowed just enough to give him a
rather thoughtful look. Wondering how that could be the case, he
tried to puzzle the different things together, they fit but one
always seemed odd, like it was disturbing the flow magic coming of
the charms he was trying to create.
He decided to go on and take a small walk out into the hallway.
Brushing a bit of dust out of his feathers he looked around for
anything odd.
