3. Permament banned users will not participate on this user made rank lis
4. Be polite with other users
5. Use the correct form
6. Dont rush me, i have live outside PH
7. Each Record update or propose should contain proof of being a site record
8. Not every record will be acepted, dont get mad if your record proposal get rejected
9. Similary to rule 8, dont get mad of your record get beaten
10. Please, only ask for updating a record if it was already beaten or there is a long diference
