Meanwhile Rex was sitting on a rock waiting for Erin and Lloyd to come back with everyone. Where are they, should I check on them. I'm sure they're oka- suddenly he heard noises coming from the forest. I should check what they are doing. he goes into the forest to see what's going on, he clipped through the barrier he is a digimon shut up and saw the giant ant. "I've seen rabbits with gatling guns, tank dinosaurs, and yet this scares me."

A hail of arrows rained from above, some hitting the ant and some missing completely, followed by an audible scoff. "I really need to get a hang of this cursed bow." Liru muttered, having followed some voices and seeing the oversized ant.

Following the panda, Gadian was quickly gaining on them. A vine appeared in front of them and grabbed their leg, two more sprouting ready to grab their other limbs. He aimed to restrain them, hence the vines being rubbery and physically strong.

Rex attacks the Giant enemy spider ant with some flames, trying to not burn down the forest. Instead it just burnt some leaves. Erin saw the slight burn on the tree and immediately came with an idea. "In dire situations like these is where I throw a grenade and set the forest on fire. I mean, everyone is tired of it?"
