Margo placed it on one of the shelves. She looked down sheepishly,
and her eye turned pink. "Do you think. . . Maybe we could go. .
.Go to Earth?" She finished quickly. "There are lots of things
there that are not here, and it kind of would be fun!"
Margo nuzzled him back as the balloon made razberry noises. "Two
things, actually. I have to go pack!" Margo and Emerald said their
goodbyes and they went there separate ways to go pack.
Margo was quite the opposite. She got an enchanted bag that was
small on the outside, but BIG on the inside. She packed two of
everything, encase Emerald forgot something.
Margo had thrown the invisibility over her pack and herself. She
noticed Emerald was daydreaming, and hoped he wouldn't sense her.
Margo sneaked up behind Emerald, and whispered in his ear. "Boo!"
Margo drooped her shoulders. "Aww man! I hoped you would know I was
there. . ." Then she brightened. "Yes. Let's go to earth!
I'msoexitedI'msoexitedI'msoexited!" That last came out as one word.
The portal took them to the Forest of Beginnings, a lush forest
that was easy to live in, even without a house. Not much bouncy
things around here though
Margo sniffed around, and ran into a tree. She rubbed her head.
"Ow!" Something fell out of the tree and bounced off her head.
"OW!" She looked at what had fallen from the tree. It was an acorn.
She looked up in the tree, and a squirrel jumped from the tree and
onto another.
Margo kept sniffing around, but this time she was more aware of her
surroundings. Margo came across a smelly thing. it was a mushroom.
She poked it with her claw, and she wasn't sure how to describe the
feeling. She moved aside. "Emerald, what do ya think this is?"
"Oh!" Margo brightened. "I've heard people eat these!" She plucked
it up and licked it with her toung. She spat it out mediately.
"Ewww! That's Gross!"
Margo gasped. Emerald and Margo looked at each other. They nodded
once, and in unison, Leaped from the edge of the ditch and bounced
on the Snorlax. "Who knew?" laughed Margo.
