Lately for some reason at the rumble area I've been finding shiny charmander but I cant exactly do anything about it except type it here. I have tried clicking on the shiny charmander but nothing happends. Is this just a fun thing or is it the beginning of something else? Also the shiny ditto at rowan's lab. I've clicked on the shiny ditto about 10 times and Rowan hasn't gifted me a shiny ditto plushie yet. Is rowan scamming me?
