Squirtle and Wartortle aren't in my dex only Blastoise is in the Blastoise line is this a glitch?

You have to have all of them at the same time. The pokedex only records what pokemon ypu currently have.

If you evolve your Pokemon from a squirtle to a blastoise, then only the blastoise entry will count.

The Pokedex only counts entries for the pokemon that you currently HAVE, so evolving, releasing, or trading them with another user will remove the pokedex data for that pokemon.
