"Right. To be clear, you're coming with us." Latias glanced in the direction of the city. "Let's just hope Zacian and icebird can handle Zekrom on their own." She thought about the poison affecting Lugia right now...perhaps if they could find an antidote or whatever the poison healing treatment was, she could be cured. She was once again frustrated by the fact that heal pulse didn't do anything about status moves...
The moment Xaiver heard the attack, all that he could see was a blinding light. Hitting him in the face, the attack threw him backward, slamming him against the tree. Pain erupted up his back as he made contact with the tree, but somehow he survived it. But then again, that was definitely leaving a mark. He struggled to his feet, breathing irregularly. "I'll admit, I-" he paused, then stood up a little straighter. "I underestimated you. But," he said, his eyes glowing yellow, "While you may have the advantage," he pointed at Mystin, "he does not. Thunderbolt."
With a loud crack, out of the sky, a bright yellow bolt sparking with energy was heading for him, and quickly. Mystin was scrambling out of the way as it came, arms pinwheeling as he rushed backwards.

"NO!" The royal wolf pokemon howled. She leaped toward Mystin, attempting to shove him out of the way of the attack. She was not about to loose their leader, most likely the only pokemon here that knew what they were doing. This bastard wasn't going to take him now, or anyone else, for that matter. She picked up the sounds of the others fleeing and hoped they'd escape fast enough
Mystin could feel the heat radiating from the Thunderbolt, and a spark traveled through his body, falling from the bright flashing bolt. It sent a jitter, but nothing painful. What was painful was being pushed out of the way, although half of him was grateful for not being fried. He got to his feet, yelling at Xaiver, "That's it, you're going down. Now." His eyes seemed to frost over, like the cold icy veins crawling up a patch of ice. He closed his eyes and inhaled, the air around his mouth hardening quickly and crackling like shards of ice. He exhaled, the bright white flash shooting through the air, barreling straight for Xaiver.

Balancing into a standing position after leaping to push an entire person aside, Riko once more raised the sword to her chest, low enough that her eyes may not be blocked by the large, bejeweled blade. She watched the white light from Articuno's attack, too bright to stare at directly, head for Xavier. Hopefully they'd knock him out soon, she thought...in any case, she wasn't letting up until she knew the plate was safe!
Mystin panted, shoulders heaving. His brain was a blur, but he could still think. Thoughts raced through his mind. Why did he do that? Why was it so powerful? Why was he so angry? He'd gotten angry at Blitz and Temperance before, but never this much. Never so much that it had thrown someone through a tree. Was it because of his anger, or something else? Mystin was really confused, but mostly drained from that attack.

"Pfft. We won't need it." Kate breathed, coming up on the Pokemart. As a Pokemon, Kate had simply taken what she'd wanted or needed from humans through simply going invisible and, well, taking it. The humans often hadn't even noticed she was there. She hadn't even spared a thought to the potential of worries about stealing. They weren't truly human, after all.

"Yes, yes. I know." Kate sighed as they at last came upon the building. "You two wait out here. I'll be in and out." Suddenly the ginger illusion of a girl faded out of their sight. The sound of quiet footsteps entered the building. The cashier looked half asleep, unaware of the Latias' presence
Riko was right behind him, looking onward toward the city. "Let's head off while he's stuck. The others will have headed to either the Pokemon center or the Pokemart."

Hiding behind a shelf out of the cashier's line of sight, Kate grabbed a paper bag and began packing it with antidotes, as well as other various medicines, like freeze heals, burn heals, paralyze heals, and various potions. She figured while she was here, she might as well prepare for the future. After all, it was in her best interest to keep these guys alive, in any case.
