"I'm fine," she said through gritted teeth. "It's just a precaution." While her words were straightforward, her mind seemed to be a conflicted muddle of chaos. On one hand, she wanted to take Kate and Meka and get as far into the center of town as possible. On the other, she could hardly bring herself to even contemplate leaving Riko and Mystin to deal with Xavier alone. But if the three of them stayed, they'd be putting themselves and the plate in danger. She didn't want to send the Latias and Mew off by themselves, though. She shook her head, then turned and said, "We need to get back to Celadon, quickly. I'm sure they'll meet us there." Her own decision pained her, but she knew she had to prioritize the plate.

Xaiver laughed. "It's funny how you think that simply because of your typing, you are stronger than me. I overcome every obstacle, including something as small as a type advantage. Rock Slide." Rocks began to appear as he prepared to use the move. In the same instant, Mystin prepared an Ice Beam and shot it at him. It just barely missed him, but the rocks were still barreling towards them as Xaiver moved out of the way of the attack.

"That arrogant attitude is going to get you killed." Riko used sacred sword, slicing through the rocks. It wasn't just her type advantage that made her confident she could defeat this Zekrom. She hadn't let herself hold back on training. Her human body may hinder her, but she was no less of a warrior. Besides, she couldn't help but think he was a bit hypocritical, using a rock type move. "Moonblast." She barked

"Right. To be clear, you're coming with us." Latias glanced in the direction of the city. "Let's just hope Zacian and icebird can handle Zekrom on their own." She thought about the poison affecting Lugia right now...perhaps if they could find an antidote or whatever the poison healing treatment was, she could be cured. She was once again frustrated by the fact that heal pulse didn't do anything about status moves...

Pushing the plate towards Meka, Tidal nodded and urged the two legends onwards. She could tell that she was overexerting herself and that she'd pay for her actions later, but she was willing to deal with that. The Diving Pokemon nearly turned around when she heard Xavier call out his Rock Slide attack, fearing for Mystin's 4x weakness to Rock, but she managed to force herself to keep moving. Due to the cut on the bottom of her foot, she left bloody footprints in the leaf litter in her wake. That wasn't of concern to her at the moment, however; The plate is all that matters, she told herself once again.

The rocks crashed forward at blinding speed. For a split second, Mystin was frozen in complete shock. Then, like a flood, adrenaline kicked in. As the grey side of a stone got closer and closer, filling his vision closely, Mystin threw himself to the side, landing heavily. Scrambling to his feet, he continued trying to avoid the rocks. The only things he could hear were the heavy, panicked sound of his own breathing, and the loud crashes of rocks meeting ground. The shattering filled his ears like a torment, and filled his brain, empty of all other thought. When Riko called out her attack, it was only the loud sound of the Moonblast itself that registered. Avoiding the last of the rocks, he was blinded by the bright flash of the moonblast, headed right for Xaiver.

The moment Xaiver heard the attack, all that he could see was a blinding light. Hitting him in the face, the attack threw him backward, slamming him against the tree. Pain erupted up his back as he made contact with the tree, but somehow he survived it. But then again, that was definitely leaving a mark. He struggled to his feet, breathing irregularly. "I'll admit, I-" he paused, then stood up a little straighter. "I underestimated you. But," he said, his eyes glowing yellow, "While you may have the advantage," he pointed at Mystin, "he does not. Thunderbolt."

With a loud crack, out of the sky, a bright yellow bolt sparking with energy was heading for him, and quickly. Mystin was scrambling out of the way as it came, arms pinwheeling as he rushed backwards.

"Run!" she hissed to Meka and Kate. Chilling fear choked her throat. Every inch of her wanted to go back, to fight. She still wasn't used to having to trust others, and she didn't want to leave helping Mystin up to Riko, no matter how competent she knew the Zacian was. Her lungs were screaming, already under stress from her high altitude escapade earlier and from the poison she had inhaled. It seemed a miracle that she was still standing upright, let alone able to pelt back towards the city.

Kate practically shoved the other two psychics ahead of her. No matter who her allies were, she wasn't about to get caught up in that battle. Her feet didn't even touch the ground as she 'ran' toward the city.

"NO!" The royal wolf pokemon howled. She leaped toward Mystin, attempting to shove him out of the way of the attack. She was not about to loose their leader, most likely the only pokemon here that knew what they were doing. This bastard wasn't going to take him now, or anyone else, for that matter. She picked up the sounds of the others fleeing and hoped they'd escape fast enough

Tidal stumbled onwards, her endurance almost at an end. She squeezed her eyes shut and gritted her teeth, her chest feeling as if it would burst. While she knew it would have been easier on her to fly or levitate, she wasn't strong enough; the wings created by Fly had disappeared when they'd first begun to flee. The Lugia's foot hurt terribly, along with seemingly every bone in her body. She was determined, however, to keep forging onwards and to not lose consciousness. Opening her eyes again, she was able to see the outskirts of the city quickly approaching, and she gasped out, "Almost!"

The angry howl broke through Xaiver's already fragile concentration, sending the thunderbolt askew. The Zekrom leaned against the tree. The moonblast had been powerful, Xaiver was willing to admit that. A tiny voice in the back of his head whispered that maybe his arrogant nature had caused him to underestimate his opponent, but he ignored it. Of course not, that was ridiculous. He would never do something so stupid! Still, though, he had to recover quickly from this. Who knew if the thunderbolt would be quick enough to finish off the birdbrain. If only his concentration hadn't been broken, or he could have ended this so much faster.

Mystin could feel the heat radiating from the Thunderbolt, and a spark traveled through his body, falling from the bright flashing bolt. It sent a jitter, but nothing painful. What was painful was being pushed out of the way, although half of him was grateful for not being fried. He got to his feet, yelling at Xaiver, "That's it, you're going down. Now." His eyes seemed to frost over, like the cold icy veins crawling up a patch of ice. He closed his eyes and inhaled, the air around his mouth hardening quickly and crackling like shards of ice. He exhaled, the bright white flash shooting through the air, barreling straight for Xaiver.

Kate used her illusion again, changing shape into the ginger from before. She was once again afraid her wings might attract attention, as they may not be easy to hide otherwise. Catching sight of the outskirts of the city, she nodded "Right. Head for the Pokemart." She breathed urgently, not sure how much time they had before the poison was too much for the other psychic.

Balancing into a standing position after leaping to push an entire person aside, Riko once more raised the sword to her chest, low enough that her eyes may not be blocked by the large, bejeweled blade. She watched the white light from Articuno's attack, too bright to stare at directly, head for Xavier. Hopefully they'd knock him out soon, she thought...in any case, she wasn't letting up until she knew the plate was safe!

Xaiver was unable to move out of the way. The sharp white light flashed in front of him, making it seem, if only for a minute as if he was caught in a snowstorm. Then, the painful cold enveloped his face, and there was a loud cracking as it brought him back into the tree, wood splintering. The attack, fueled by Mystin's anger, had thrown him through the tree, slamming him into the ground. Truly, it was a miracle that he survived with little injury. He groaned and managed to sit up. "I was..not expecting that.

Mystin panted, shoulders heaving. His brain was a blur, but he could still think. Thoughts raced through his mind. Why did he do that? Why was it so powerful? Why was he so angry? He'd gotten angry at Blitz and Temperance before, but never this much. Never so much that it had thrown someone through a tree. Was it because of his anger, or something else? Mystin was really confused, but mostly drained from that attack.

She barely made it to the light blue building, collapsing against one of the walls and closing her eyes, her breathing ragged. A thought crossed her mind, and she groaned. Assuming Kate's plan was to purchase a poison healing item from the PokeMart, the Lugia could see a major flaw. "We don't have any human currency," she muttered, grimacing.

Mystin stood up straight. He looked to Riko, and said, "We should probably get out of here now, while he's down." He was ready to run, but he didn't want to take off without her.

Riko sighed. "I suppose we should." Lowering the blade again, she leaned forward on the ball of her foot as she prepared to turn and flee in the direction of the rest of the group.

"Pfft. We won't need it." Kate breathed, coming up on the Pokemart. As a Pokemon, Kate had simply taken what she'd wanted or needed from humans through simply going invisible and, well, taking it. The humans often hadn't even noticed she was there. She hadn't even spared a thought to the potential of worries about stealing. They weren't truly human, after all.

Tidal felt a little pang in her chest as she realized they were about to do what the humans called "thieving." It was stuff like this, she knew, that had driven Spectral away. All the same, it was for the purpose of aiding Arceus, but that didn't mean the Lugia had to like it. "You're looking for Poison Heals, Full Heals, Full Restores, and Pecha Berries," she told the Latias, fists clenched, her eyes still shut tight.

Mystin nodded, then without a word, took off through the forest. Xavier gritted his teeth and tried to stand up, but it was rather difficult considering he was frozen to the ground. With heavy steps, Mystin came to a halt at the entrance to the forest, grabbing onto a tree branch to slow himself. He whipped around, looking for Riko and hoping that Xavier was still stuck to the ground.

"I believe antidotes are the yellow ones!" Meka added enthusiastically, happy to contribute something.

"Yes, yes. I know." Kate sighed as they at last came upon the building. "You two wait out here. I'll be in and out." Suddenly the ginger illusion of a girl faded out of their sight. The sound of quiet footsteps entered the building. The cashier looked half asleep, unaware of the Latias' presence

Riko was right behind him, looking onward toward the city. "Let's head off while he's stuck. The others will have headed to either the Pokemon center or the Pokemart."

"Right, we should probably head for the Pokemart first. I have a feeling that's where they are." Mystin switched to a light jog, heading down into the city, head turning as he looked for the bright blue building. He did get some curious looks considering that he was covered in pine needles and had bright blue hair, but hey, this was Celadon City. A lot of weirder things had happened here.

Tidal grinned slightly. "Right, Antidotes. That makes sense." Humans and their weird names. She opened her eyes, though it seemed like even the light pained her, and stared back in the directions they had come from, watching for Riko and Mystin, hoping they were alright.

Riko nodded. She knew the marts were good for selling various medicines for trainers to take on the go in case a Pokemon center wasn't readily available. "Right. They'll be wanting antidotes, I presume." She strided through the town, not paying any mind to the attention. It was obvious their human forms weren't perfect, considering Riko was sheathing a large golden blade. Mystin probably looked the least weird of the two.

Hiding behind a shelf out of the cashier's line of sight, Kate grabbed a paper bag and began packing it with antidotes, as well as other various medicines, like freeze heals, burn heals, paralyze heals, and various potions. She figured while she was here, she might as well prepare for the future. After all, it was in her best interest to keep these guys alive, in any case.
