"Sitting by the elevator," the Lugia said, burying her face in her
hands. "No one could have left, I'd have seen them. This had to
have happened when the lights went off for about 2 minutes."
"Oh shush." She mumbled with a chuckle. "No need to act like a
grumpy old man. Now, can you fly? Or walk fast at all? Anything to
assure me you get these plates to your master?" She finished the
pulse, figuring it was the best she could do for now. She was about
to hand him the plates, but waited for him to answer first
"I heard lots of rustling and stood up, but for some reason, my
usual night vision wasn't working. I tried to wake everyone up but
no one responded. Lights turned on two minutes later, I saw Kate
standing in the middle of the room, asked her what had happened,
she said she stepped on a wire," she responded, not looking up.
Riko blinked, looking drowsy as she just woke up. "Wha--?" She
noticed everyone was now talking. What had happened?
Meka shrugged. "Mystin could have just dropped them.." she began
searching the room, turning over all the cardboard boxes in hoped
that they had simply slipped or something
"Grumpy old man? I'll have you know, little missy-" he stopped when
he realized that he was indeed acting like a grumpy old man. "I can
sort of fly, I mean, if you count the tiny dragon wings my Pokemon
form has."
Mystin protested, "I had them when I went to sleep!" I didn't have
them when I woke up! How could I have dropped them?"
Riko slowly came to realization at what was going on. "Wait, you
lost the plates?!" She snapped, still drowsy from just waking
up.
"I thought it was mostly your tail. Well, in any case, here." She
quickly handed him the plates. "Don't drop them this time!" She
turned back to the department store. "I gotta get back, hopefully
they haven't woken up yet." She referred to the others camping in
the department store's basement
The door opened, and Kate was nervous to find that everyone was in
fact awake, and seemingly panicked. She had an idea why. "Um...did
something happen?" She asked innocently
