Since the number of active users (Online within last 24 hours) is slowly decreasing over time i think we might need something that motivates new users a little more to keep them being active.

My suggestion to reach that goal would be to include a shiny-hunt in the tutorial (preferably as a last part?):

The new user would get finding a perfect pair as a first task (e.g.: "To get max-chances you need a pair of two pokes of the same species with different original trainers). --> this would exclude genderless/single-gender pairs

Then the user would have to put it into daycare.

That pair would give out 1 egg per hour (no rng in this case) and the user would get an explanation how chaining works and how a chain can be broken.

The new user would also get a special one-time-use pokeradar which vanishes as soon as a shiny hatches.

That way a new user could do a first shiny-hunt and get a nice boost in motivation for the future, since hatching your first shiny was special to many users on here i believe :)

Feel free to add your thoughts about this below: not just simple "i support" or "i dont support" but also your actual thoughts about it.

What aspects do you like? What aspects would you like to change about my suggestion? :)

I LOVE this idea! I gave my first shiny away in a giveaway which now i now regret but it made it made me feel really good when i did it!
