Fahren
Still blinking the sleep from her eyes, Fahren looked up, to see a
group of young foreigners converting with a lady inside a van. It
took her a moment to realise that the people were in her new
school, and that if she didn't move, she'd be left behind. She
bolted upright, before speeding over to the group, then skidding to
a halt as she almost smacked into a Russian boy in front of her.
Hopping to the side, she acted as if she had been there all along,
nodding to whatever everyone else was saying.
Kris was quick to turn when he felt a slight blow of wind and heard
a soft skid of shoes on concrete. He blinked, memorizing Fahren's
face as well, then turned back to the staff member to hear her
answer.
Taryn laughed nervously, "Yeah sorry about that. The last time I
was here early and almost took the wrong students," she replied to
Kris. "It's alright to be a few minutes late 1 time isn't it?" she
asked as she got out to open the doors for everyone.

Lilly threw her bags into the back of the van and crawled towards
the very back. She had her headphones in and was just listening to
some music. She didn't have it too loud but she was able to hear
the conversation with the teacher.
Kris grunted, then stepped to the back of the van and set his
suitcase down. He still had the leather carry on strapped tightly
to his arm, and it was clear he wasn't planning on removing it
until they got to the school. Opening the small bag, he looked
inside of it, then closed it again. To somebody unpracticed, the
bag would be extremely difficult to open. However, the leather
strap that bound it closed seemed to be something easy to use for
the young Russian.
Fahren
Through her sunglasses, the small-bodied girl eyed the front seat,
next to the lady who was supposedly carrying them to the school. "I
call shotgun," she shouted, before skipping to the side door and
tugging the handle, her oversized hoodie pressing against her slim
body. Her sunglasses shone in the lightning, glinting
mischievously, and she appeared to have lost all signs of the
tiredness that dragged at her extended limbs. She slid inside, next
to the lady, placing her undersized bag at her feet.
A grunt sounded from Kris, his heavy form sliding into the seat
behind Fahren. Another student was sitting opposite him. He knew no
names so far, but he would get them eventually. "Shotgun? There is
no shotgun. There is front seat, da. But no shotgun to be seen." In
his mind, the girl who'd taken the front seat was either a fool or
mentally unstable. There were no shotguns as far as the eye could
see.
Tarun thought for a moment, "It's about 30 minutes from here " she
told Kris. She smiled to herself, 'These are some interesting kinds
that's for sure,'she thought to herself as she started the van and
drove away from the airport once everyone was in.
~~~~~~~~~~~
Lilly stayed quiet and closed her eyes while listening to her
music. She didnt want to be bothered with the others or to bother
them on the trip in.
Taryn checked her mirrors and gunned it down the road. She was
always a bit of a speedster whenever there wasn't much traffice.
Plus in her mind the kids would want to get back quickly so they
could relax in their new dorms.
Kris seemed surprisingly unfazed by the high speeds and sudden
acceleration. Glancing across to the opposite side of the road, he
sniffed. "There is road law in America, I remember now. In Russia,
road is road. As long as you do not crash, you drive where you
want." Scratching the back of his neck, the Russian boy smiled and
chuckled.
Taryn took a few quick turns before slowing down a bit due to more
traffic coming. "We're almost there," she told the students as they
pulled off to a small road towards the school grounds.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lilly had woken up with the sudden slow down of the vehicle. She
yawned and stretched as much as she could before turning off her
music and staring out the window.
Once they were in front of the main building Taryn parked the van
and shut it off, "We're here!!! Now, lets get you all sorted to
your dorms before you get your class schedules if you don't already
have them." she spoke excitedly as she got out of the van and
opened the door for the students.
~~~~~~~~~~~
Lilly shrugged and grabbed her things before getting out of the
van. She wanted to get away from everyone and finally have her
seclusion again. She didn't mind being around people it just
drained her when she was around them for too long.
Skylar seemed excited at the mention of dorms. There wasn't a lot
of schools in New Zealand like the academy. The only time she was
ever assigned a dorm was at school camps, and that lasted only for
4 days
