Galar Rumble Map Bug?

I've had the last map upgrade for well over a week but have noticed some unusual things:

-When I hit RESEND on my returning pokemon, it asks me to select a time limit(not every time but maybe 3/5 times).
-When I START a Rumble Mission the Galar map shows 0.0% explored, but when I check he Rumble OVERVIEW the map shows 23% explored.

I'm also wondering if these bugs have been the reason I have yet to see a boss fight.

When the updates were first introduced, the resend-button was bugged if you didn't recall your pokémon the first time.
[You had to do the whole 'select pokémon' deal one time, to make sure it was sent to the updated version. Afterwards, 'resend' works as it should (: ]

I thought this was fixed, but it sounds like it wasn't?
