As you walk through the door, there is a soft bell chime that sounds your entrance.
Looking around, you see an assortment of items scattered around the shop, looking
more homely than like an actual shop; definitely not as scary as the name appears
to make it out to be.

Walking in further, you began to look at all of the bottles, books, and other utensils
in various places as a soft aroma floats around you, making you even more at ease.
Suddenly you hear rustling and look over in the direction it emitted from, watching
a small bat flapping it's way out of a curtained entrance. As it flaps along quietly, it
lands upon the desk with a bell and other assortments of papers and utensils. The
curtains then rustle once more and a figure walks out, smiling towards you invitingly.

"Merry meet, I am Moth. How may I help you?"

First and foremost, this informational tidbit is beneficial for you and me, that way there is no miscommunication in regards to the art done on this website and the commissions that I do take on this website. This is clarification and a safeguard so that we are both on the same page. So please do carefully read this, even if it does seem like a “too many words” for most people.

1.) This is not my sole art queue that I have. I have commissions outside of this site that take priority.

2.) I have a job in RL and that will also affect how things are done as it takes a great hit to my stress, mental, and emotional levels. This severely impacts my muse in regards to art.

3.) The artwork that I take on this site is solely for the purpose of relaxing in between the priority commissions and my job, so please do be patient. This is also why I will only be doing a couple slots at a time.

4.) There will be a lot of important rules and information placed in the rules section which will affect how you will be getting a commission from me, so please – again - do read everything carefully and thoroughly.

5.) This entirety of this thread can change at any time, so please keep yourself up to date with any rule changes if you wish to keep commissioning me!

• Anything rude, childish, attention-seeking, or drama-inducing

8.) I will not be held responsible for any legal issues pertaining to the art that you have commissioned me to draw.
• This pertains to any fan art that is drawn, or any other reasons that can make this a potential issue.

9.) There is a code-word that needs to be used in the form, so I know you have read this!
• This is to make you look over everything, and it will be needed in the form to commission me.
• It will change periodically so you cannot look off of other comments.

- A: Of course, as long as you credit it accordingly to the correct owners of any characters (beside yours) and me as the artist/designer/etc... depending on the situation.

Q: What all can you draw?
- A: I am able to draw ferals, humans, anthros, and other things, depending on complexity. If I am uncomfortable with it, I will let you know and ask you to choose another character.

Q: Can I re-post your artwork?
- A: If it is not a piece with your character, an adoptable/design you bought, or a commission, no. Nothing will change that. If you see my artwork somewhere that is not credited with "Emothivamp" or "Emothivamp-Art" as the artist and they're claiming they drew it, they are not me and please inform me about this!

Q: Why do you have a code word?
- A: This is because I have had many not read my rules/ToS in the past. It's safer this way for both me and the commissioner in the end.

Q: Can I use your art or reference from your art?
- A: If you are the owner of the drawing, yes. However, if you do not own the character in the image, no. You are not allowed to use my art anywhere, at all. As for referencing my art, yes, you can. However, completely tracing my piece is a no go and I will not tolerate such actions. If you reference my art, though, please do mention you referenced my art!

PLEASE DO NOT POST HERE, THE SHOP IS CLOSED.

Emothivamp has some situations happening in the real world that will prevent her from working on art for a month or more. She also has several other commissions from websites that come first.

I'm sorry but your orders will be declined due to her inability to work on art for a long time.
If you have attempted to send her payment then please cancel them.

She is working to get your order done before she loses the ability to use her computer.
So hopefully you should have it soon.
If she is unable to get your art done before the event, she will finish it when she has the time to do so.
I will warn you that this may take over a month, she's unclear at this current time.
If you want a refund, please just let me know and I will pay you back myself.
I'll only do that if she left for the month and was unable to get your art done before then.

@Meguru-Bachira - Yes, I can definitely do that, for additional information though, were you wanting them in the same piece or two separate pieces?

@Tajador - A few questions. Do the wings glow when in use, or is that just the effect in that particular picture? Also, for that dress, I am not sure I can replicate the blouse part itself, due to the intricate designs and I don't have any brushes that are close to that texture, would that be alright still?

@Emothivamp The wings are translucent and they glow, as shown in the picture. As for the dress, that's totally okay. I understand it's a bit complicated since it's based on an actual dress. Let me know if you have any more questions!
