can't see my PMs

whenever i check my PMs, all that shows up is a blank screen and an option to start a new conversation and also, to find a username and a topic and no record of my conversations. why is it like this?

just for conformation, she isn't the only one experiencing this. I too am experiencing this issue. And on only that page my pp groups disappear, and reappear on any other page of ph.
