My friend has been trying to make an account for Pokeheroes for quite some time, but, it keeps popping up for her as she has already made three accounts from her computer. I would really like her to start playing, but this problem isn't letting her join. I hope that is just a bug, thank you ^^

You have to verify your account by an email after you register, then you can play. You sure your friend has verified her account?
Also, are you sure she's logging in and not registering (making another account)?
