Afther seeling all my pokeballs (since i rarely use them) i decided to use my GGC on the plus slot (the one that cost 5 GGC). Afther getting some pikachu combos (that one is supossed to give 5 pokeballs), i decided to go and sell them at emera mall. When i saw how many i had (afther seeling the items) i saw i was missing a ball

There are several ways to get pokéballs.
Some rumble missions give you pokéballs as well.

I had a similar problem, I think

I got this, but I didn't get a voucher.
with animations disabled, it works fine, though

And i didnt got the pokeballs any other place, as i said i went to the mall right after i did the ggs

And it's impossible you retrieved some Rumblers before you did the GGC?
The bank shows that you sold your items, retrieved some rumblers and then sold some items again. You didn't go to the Golden Slots immediately after selling your pokéballs.
