sign ups here! Long ago, there was an island, called Coren. It flourished with life, human and pokemon. It was home to the series of contests, called the Coral Contests. Many travelers loved the island. After a long history of being an amazing island, the island disappeared. No one knows where it is or what happened to it. Many years past, a young girl, named Cora was born. Her father was a sailor, so she grew upon the water. On the eve of her birthday, they were sailing. A faint island could be made out in the mist. It was the island of Coren. And just like that, it became busy again. The island's elders were worried. They had heard whisperings of terrible things happening. An evil force is growing in the heart of the island. Your job, is to stop it. Before it's too late.

The sun was setting. The cruise ship was bustling and was a sole light in a dark sky.

Raoul stood at the bow of the boat, wind rushing through his messy brown hair, excited for this new adventure. He clutched his empty bag, without pokemon (maybe not such a good idea to defend himself, but oh well). He wanted to start fresh, so that he could learn about this new island without anything holding him back.

Raoul missed his home back in Kalos, but exploring was worth it! He saw some unfamiliar bird pokemon soaring through the island sky, and wondered what new things he could discover.

The wind kicks up a bit. Nora laughs as her mother's vulpix falls over. Her pretty red hair matches the Vulpix's coat. "You are a silly thing." she murmurs.



Silver sees Raoul at the bow. "Oh hi!" she says. "I'm Silver." she says.

"Oi, quite laughing and make yourself useful!" Nora's mother orders. Nora sighs and goes to the docks. She waits for the cruise boat to come in.

The ship finally docked (wow, that was a long ride from Kalos, finally, it was his stop!), and the foghorn sounded, as loud as a loudred. Raoul waved at the figure on the island. "I'm Raoul!" He grins. "Meet you at the dock, then?" He waved again, grabbed a gew pecha berries for the road from the buffet, and sprinted to the side of the ship, where passengers could get off, adrenaline rushing through his body. He'd made it! Finally!

Nora jumped to her feet. "Welcome!" she cried to the passengers. "Please wait for your escorts." she says.

Raoul nods at the woman, before taking off his hoodie. He was already sweating from the heat. Wow, this place reminded him a little bit of Alola! He tied the hoodie around his waist with the straps, and began munching on a berry.

Silver coicedently, also had a berry. She grinned before taking off her shoes and putting them into her backpack. The warm sand was soft on her feet.

From the dock, Raoul noticed Silver, holding an unfamilliar looking berry, and standing on the sandy beach. Already so many new things! Raoul was ready to get out of his comfort zone. He continued waiting for the escorts, and took another bite of his sweet berry.

Raoul holds out his hand. "I'm Raoul, as I said, but it was probably hard to hear," He comments. He stares down at Silver's berry. "Hey, what type of fruit is that? I don't recognise it from home."
