i hope this is where i should put this, sorry if its not but i think there should be a yearly turnument with brackets and if you loose you are out and the user who wins the turnament gets an event poke or something like that.
i have always wondered who the strongest user is and think this could do it it would be lots of fun and i am sure other users will agree

The right place for this would've been on the battling suggestion forum. Furthermore, said subforum already has similar suggestions, for example this and also this one here.

However, I'm not sure how big are the chances of any kind of tournament being implemented anytime soon. I'm under the impression battling isn't a very popular feature on PH so Riako isn't likely to spend a lot of time and resources on it. Which is a bummer to those who do like battling.
