Sign-ups

It was the first day of the new year, meaning that the first event of the new year was to celebrate the new year and wish for prosperity in the following months. The festival would be held in the Seishun region, and traditionally, there would be a lot of partying going on. It officially starts at midnight, where the leader, also known as one of the Sages would officially welcome in the new you, sending a shower of blossom petals onto everyone, and starting the light show. This year would be the first year where the newest and youngest Sage, Chiaki, would be the one heralding the new year.
The festival starts in a day, everyone would be heading towards this region

Snowflake woke from her house in the sunny region see called home, she felt excited about something. Was there something she'd forgotten? She racked her brain. Oh yes! The festival! She had better head to Seishun! She got out of bed and grabbed her bracelet, racing to the festival, feeling estatic.

Shika, luckily, was nearby the border to her region and the festival-holding one, so she slept in a little, packed her saddle bags, and headed off. She went down a small path, watching as the scenery changed. She might bump into somebody else, though.

Glitters was flying low, and had just reached into the Seishun Region. As her wings skimmed the treetops, she breathed in the air. It was sweet and flowery, just as it was the last time she had visited.

I'm trying to think of a good signature, so... Use your imagination.

Holly walked happily along the path, humming to herself. Her tails twitching behind as she walked. She was very excited for the festival, and very excited to meet more pokemon.

The festival was getting packed. There were stalls everywhere selling treats for the new year. Most of the pokemon had taken on some eastern garb.

Emerald was talking to Chiaki, he himself donning a kimono for the occasion. He was trying to reassure the young sage that everything would go as planned

Glitters soared through the entrance to the festival. She decided not to risk being trampled underfoot, so she flew slightly above the crowd. She was flying slowly, and was taking in all of the sights around her. Everything was so bright, and colourful.

I'm trying to think of a good signature, so... Use your imagination.

Snowflake arrived at the festival and saw all the pokemon. The crowd was suffocating, and she winced just a second before diving into it. Here goes nothing. Dodging around all the pokemon and heading for a food stall, as she'd failed to eat breakfast before her departure, she wondered what would happen this year, as this would be her first time.

Holly's mouth watered. She smelled food. She raced threw the crowd and found a food stall. She sighed with happiness and relief.

There was an hour or two before the festival started now, the streets lit by lanterns while the blossoms still fell gently around them. Spirits were still high and well amongst everyone who chose to attend

Mira woke up, noticing it was the festival in the Seishun Region. The Florges grinned excitedly, getting the things she needed. Once she arrived, there were a lot of pokemon. Some kind of looked at her due to that she was a flower pokemon.

Snowflake purchased some food and left the stall, munching crazily while looking around, studying the activity. She was insanely curious as to what would happen once the festival began. That may be interesting! She found a place to get away from the crowd to enjoy her food in semi-peace, taking the time to breath and mentally prepare herself for the excitement to come on this day.

Glitters paused midair for a moment. What was that smell? It was amazing! She dove down, then stopped just as she was about to crash. Her wings skimmed the edges of the thing emitting the smell. Oh, it's just a Florges. Ah well. "Sorry!" Glitters said hurriedly.

She sighed, then started walking around more. She knew the festival doesn't start for at least one or two hours, but she wanted to explore and see what it looked like there.

Meanwhile, Ally was at a different region, doing a bit of work. The Shiny Gardevoir chose to go there due to that she was more of a hard worker than someone who would relax.

Snowflake's place had been on a bench. Leaping onto it, she curled her tail over her paws, the food she was eating a sort of fish sandwich, on a 6-inch long bread, which Snowflake enjoyed to the max, due to her species. She gazed at all the scenery, the flowers in all the colors, the bug pokemon fluttering around, and pokemon doing fun little activities to pass the time. Her ears constantly picked up the chatter of the attending pokemon, passing their excitement back and forth. Apparently there was a new sage doing the fesitival this year, which meant nothing to her, considering this was her first time anyway, but still interesting, she supposed.

Glitters got in line for a kind of giant magikarp-shaped gingerbread. When she got to the front, she handed the pokemon at the counter her money then flew off with the biscuit. She saw two other pokemon, a Vaporeon and the Florges from before sitting on a bench. She nestled down in the tree next to them and started eating the biscuit. Maybe this thing is a bit too big.... She thought while she chewed.

Snowflake glanced at Mira. "No. It's public property, right?" She shimmied over to the side of the bench, clutching the sandwich against her chest with one paw while using the other to move herself over. She then began eating the food again, watching the sun, as it was how she'd learned to tell time. Clocks, she was still getting used to.
