I want to evolve Igglybuff. But i can't. Because i already know that baby pokémon need friendship to evolve.
I thought that if you train or give it berries, it rasies friendship. I think it kinda... Worked?

So this is my question. If my thoughts were right then thanks i guess

Use Soothe Bell. It can be bought in Item Shop
Or Acupuncture to raise happiness in Salon in Emera Mall. But it requires you to be trainerlevel 11 ~~if I remember correctly~~ to unlock Salon
