So you know how on Route 53, a regular combee gives you honey, while a shiny combee can give you Super Honey? I think something similar should be implemented for a shiny Miltank, where it has a chance to give a Super Milk or something instead of regular Moomoo milk

How about if drinks made with super moomoo milk made double the amount of normal moomoo milk? Like if you made a shake with it you'd get 2 instead of 1?

It doesn't seem like much, but if you make a lot of shakes for the quests it'll save a lot of time.
