Where do I get the mega stone for dunsparce,because it is an event,so I really don’t know

You can get a mega stone by using the Gem Cauldron, or buying it from other users. You give the Mega Stone to your Dunsparce (not Use it), and when it reaches level 50 it will permanently mega-evolve

I agree with Mirej. Though here is a tip for you: Mega stones can also be found in treasure hunt.

One more thing, there is only one mega stone item used for all pokemon, so no Dunsparcite or whatever (:
