berry we use to feed pokemon and miltank why we cant get from berry garden we can get from only shop?

This is not a suggestion, and should probably go in the help forum next time. But to answer your question, there's a few places you can get berries other than the shop. You can win them in the golden slots, your Pokemon can find them on rumble missions, and you can find them in boxes that you get from rumble missions.

And the reason you can't take berries from the berry garden is probably because that'd absolutely wreck the economy. Berries are too easy to get there, considering you can easily get over a hundred berries from a single harvest, so they'd become worthless (value-less?) if you could use them outside of the berry garden.
