This is just ridiculous. I understand the requirements for the badge: Get 2500+ pokedollars from one rumble exploration.

I've been doing this for 5+ months now, full 12 hour explorations on now 5 pokemon. I have two areas at level 15 and 16 and have never gotten even close to the requirement.

Is this supposed to take this long?? Is it really that RNG?? I honestly feel something must be wrong or if they're correct is terrible how long this takes to earn.

EDIT: I think most of my frustration comes from the fact that this badge is in the second badge set. Along things like getting to trainer level 10 and adopting your first egg from the daycare. Relatively easy tasks for newer players, but this feels more like a badge that should be in set three? Tasks that apparently take over half a year to complete or are extremely RNG dependant like getting your first shiny.

I understand your frustration. I did all of the other badges of set 2 11 months ago (according to it). Sesrch for gold badge? 2 months ago. I've been constantly sending them on missions all the time and it took forever. I don't think swapping it and a set 3 badge would be a bad idea myself tbh.
Keep constantly sending your pokes on missions and sooner or later you'll get it, though.
P.S. when talking about badge related stuff use spoilers ^^

I feel like it isn't that hard to get the badge. The only problem is that I've gotten more than the amount needed but I haven't been getting the badge. This happened to me multiple times but the badge still haven't appeared

Are you maybe adding all the money you earned from multiple rumble missions? Because I made the same mistake originally. ONE Pokemon has to bring back 2500 or more pokedollar, not multiple rumbling Pokes added together. :/ It would be a lot easier if it counted multiple pokemon's earnings.

Absolutely agree on it. Only 1 rumble mission for 2500 PD? Ridiculous. Yes it will be much easier to have accumulated amounts instead of one lump sum.

Not even a mission on Alola which takes longer than 12 hours including return time is ever getting that much.

Have the feelings that this is supposed to be earned while only doing the legendary rumble missions? that lasts for days??????

Obviously it is NOT for beginners as suggested in the Set 2 badges??? And what is worse is we need the whole set 2 badges for another explorer bag.

Uhm.. You can actually get more PD on your rumble mission in one of the six local rumbling areas (i.e. Bright Beach, etc..) faster than when you're rumbling in most of those special rumble areas (i.e. Alola, etc..). :O

Just because you can level up your six local rumble areas, while special rumble areas can't be leveled up at all. :S

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.

So does it mean the higher the level the area is, the more PD will be gaining via rumbling?

I know this feeling.
one of my pokemon had 147 pd found in 2 minutes, but after a hour only 237. I was going to take a screenshot, but I did not know how.. Though, at the end of the mission I had 512 Pd...
