She has a set of wooden stars, which she always keeps in a little parcel, when she throws them up, she arranges them into a constellation, certain constellations give her different abilities.
So certain signs (earth/air) give her boosts, so like if she were using a bow and arrow, the constellation sagittarius would give her a better aim. Fire/Water signs would give her an ability, if it was Virgo, per say, it'd give her the ability to shoot jets of water from her palms. She has a limit to how many stars she can use. Once she uses a star, it cannot be used until the next hour. It also takes a while to make wooden stars.

Personality: Desmone is a rather interesting individual, earning her reputation as a ruthless villain who is simply too ambitious. When heroes come across her, they're often shocked at how she's presented, with a demeanor so calm it's unsettling. She views everyone at UA as children, and whenever she talks to a young hero, it's seems as if she's calmy telling a child off. She's tries to maintain a perfectly notorious image, she's very paranoid however and locks herself inside most of the day, fearing that the authorities will catch up to her one day. On very few occasions, she lurks in the shadows.
Backstory (Optional): Raised in a rather wealthy family, her parents were always working and going out to parties, and she rarely saw them, leaving the house maid to be more of a mother. When graduated from UA, she stole a lot of money from her parents and gambled it away. Her first big crime was a 215 million yen heist (2 million dollars)

oleander's rather boastful and cocky, and he thinks he's the best villain around. he's idiotically clumsy and butterfingered, and he always tries to place the blame on somebody else. he's easily startled, and he tries to deny that. however, deep inside, he's actually a really caring person and has a very dad nature
Backstory (Optional):
he was actually a really good hero at his time in UA, he has a collection of trophies at his parent's house. one day, he ran away to become a hero at age 16, but nobody took him seriously enough, he challenged tazuli to a fight, and lost so he holds a really strong hatred towards her. he left UA ashamed and humiliated, until a certain villain offered him a hand.

Quirk: Bone. Allows her to expose her bones in the shape of anything. She usually has sharp bone parts sticking out like a spike shield. The drawbacks are whenever the bones go back in, Kita feels a bit of strain on her body. The other drawback is if the exposed bone breaks, it will extremely painful and difficult to fix.
Appearance: Short dyed purple hair, bright green eyes, arms covered with scratches and cuts, wears light colored clothes outside of school, has a huge burn mark on the palm of right hand.

Personality: Very timid, shy, usually seen reading or drawing alone, kind, gets nervous easily, gets very scared and upset easily when getting flashbacks of her past.
Backstory (Optional): As a child, Kita's parents abused her, forcing her to work for them. Every time she refused or questioned them, her parents would injure her until she agreed. What really terrified her into running away was when she refused to do something to her mother which made her grab Kita's hand and forced in onto a very hot pan. After that, she ran away from her home. A few years later, she was living in an alley until Shouta Aizawa saw her and took her in.

Appearance: this 4'3" gremlin has long light brown hair and green eyes. What most don't know is that she doesn't have normal ears and instead has two long rabbit like ears that she keeps hidden in her hair. She also has a cute little rabbit tail hidden under her uniform.
