Quirk: Minimize. Allows her to shrink in size. One backlash is when turning back, she'll feel dizzy for a bit. The other is if she uses it too long, she might end up being that size for some time. Currently, most is a day.
Appearance: short black hair, bright green eyes, also short before using quirk, tends to wear light color clothes.
Age (14+): 14
Personality: Very shy, very timid (especially using her quirk), kind, loves to draw and sing.
Backstory (Optional): (Finally made) As a kid, Mira tried to save her friend from being taken away by a small group of villains. But whatever she did didn't work. Mira had no choice but to give up. She watched in fear as her friend was being taken. Mira was terrified, had been unable to save her. (Will update later)

Her quirk allows her to stun and attack people using her arrows. She has certain arrows for certain attacks, in total, she has twenty arrows.
5 arrows - stunning arrows
10 arrows - attack arrows, which can electrify the target
1 arrows - an actual love arrow, much like her quirk's namesake
4 arrows - fiery arrows
she cannot regenerate more arrows after all are used, and she has to wait a duration of 15 minutes for more arrows. after they have aimed an arrow, it takes 2 minutes for an arrow to disappear, her arrows CAN be used against her.

Over all Manami is a pretty stoic individual, she's always calm, no matter what the situation is, she tries not to raise her voice or let her emotions take control of her. She's also a big sucker for romance, which isn't a big surprise, and swoons over old plays. She's rather sisterly and prefers to have an elegant air around her, which is why her hero outfit looks the way it does. She can also be rather clingy and will literally despise you if you sever ties with her.
Backstory (Optional): She's lived with her mother and two younger brothers for most of her life, her mother has always struggled to make ends meet, and constantly works overtime, leaving her to care for her brothers most of the time, this has greatly impacted her personality, and makes her the way she is.

Work related Relationships: Sometimes works closely with Kiara´s father and her, he seems to not trust them but still is fine working with them
Personal Relationships: He is Bi and still open so come get him (If you wanna try ;3)
Quirk: Psychic Flames : His Quirk gives him the ability to create Flames. He can change their form into any kind of object, like weapons and other stuff but also just use them pure. They are very hot so they almost always are blue. While being able to create flames he can also use the flames of other quirks (For Example: Akihiko is also able to summon fire; if Aki then has to fight him ((refering to this new character)) he could easily take Aki´s flames and use them to his advantage). He can also just make them disappear, if he does so his body temperature rises. He can also only summon flames if his body temperature is warmer than usual. Since he had been training for so long the energy he uses to create the flames doesnt really bother him that much anymore yet he sometimes struggles with the heat.
Other skills I want to add: He is a pretty quick thinker and a great leader figure, yet he only shows that if he has to work with others in a group.
He also has enhanced speed and the ability to fly for a short time by using the flames he creates/steals.
He can get burned yet the pain doesnt seem to bother him
He can fight against Quirks/Heros that use Gas like substances and also the ones that use Quirks, which use the area to their advantage, yet he doesnt like to fight against quirks using liquids or any kind of watery substance.
He hates battling people with Quirks like Sloshed or any simmular things, because their effects can make him loose control over his psychic powers

Personality: calm and collected, he hates talking yet will take control of the situation if he deems it necessary, only works with the people he personally selects. He hates being talked down too. He´s very careful with his word selection, being mostly silent around the higher up villains. He is very manipulative and uses that skill to get his way. Hates to do dirty work.

Other: (Password: If we´re going to win this fight, some of us might have to loose it)<-- Also kinda fits him
"Heroes are made by the path they choose not the powers they are graced with" I think this quote fits him
I was also thinking about making him a part of the new LoV
