Quirk: Dragon. Allows her to do things dragons can. Backlashes are smoke comes out of body or mouth and she can breathe the smoke in, getting ill. She can sometimes lose control and enrage.
Appearance: Humanoid dragon with Ruby scales, wings haven't grown yet, decently long tail, usually wears worn black clothes.

Personality: Timid, usually quiet, gets curious easily, kind.

Work related Relationships: Sometimes works closely with Kiara´s father and her, he seems to not trust them but still is fine working with them
Personal Relationships: He is Bi and still open so come get him (If you wanna try ;3)
Quirk: Psychic Flames : His Quirk gives him the ability to create Flames. He can change their form into any kind of object, like weapons and other stuff but also just use them pure. They are very hot so they almost always are blue. While being able to create flames he can also use the flames of other quirks (For Example: Akihiko is also able to summon fire; if Aki then has to fight him ((refering to this new character)) he could easily take Aki´s flames and use them to his advantage). He can also just make them disappear, if he does so his body temperature rises. He can also only summon flames if his body temperature is warmer than usual. Since he had been training for so long the energy he uses to create the flames doesnt really bother him that much anymore yet he sometimes struggles with the heat.
Other skills I want to add: He is a pretty quick thinker and a great leader figure, yet he only shows that if he has to work with others in a group.
He also has enhanced speed and the ability to fly for a short time by using the flames he creates/steals.
He can get burned yet the pain doesnt seem to bother him
He can fight against Quirks/Heros that use Gas like substances and also the ones that use Quirks, which use the area to their advantage, yet he doesnt like to fight against quirks using liquids or any kind of watery substance.
He hates battling people with Quirks like Sloshed or any simmular things, because their effects can make him loose control over his psychic powers

Quirk: Hypnosis/ Mind Control : Simmular to Shinso Hitoshi he can take over peoples minds by simply holding eye contact or strong conzentration. His quirk does allow him to play with peoples memories. Keeping his quirk active for to long he gets stressed and his eyes dry out like Aizawa´s do. His quirk always makes him seem tired
Appearance: A tall, skinny male with dark blue hair and greenish blue eyes. He mostly covers his Face with a mask and he mostly either wears really baggy clothes like hoodies or Jeans and or Shirts and Jackets.

He became a known villain after poisoning a Shopping mall through the Vents of the Building, killing a few people while escaping through a window. Nobody knows his face or even that he is a villain if he doesnt wear his mask
Other: He is Bi just like my other boi. Also most heroes think of him as Quirkless. He is mostly known for dealing with dangerous substances and other stuff, sharing some connections to Nr 5 hero Webba

Nickname: Number 3 Hero, Flying Flame Hero: Hinotori

Quirk: Phoenix : He has Phoenix-like wings, can create fire out of his palms and regenerate small to medium sized wounds, both on him and his target
Cons: Energyloss can easily take him out, His palms can heat up and the skin starts to get burned after using it too much

Quirk: Decay: Tomura's Quirk allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches with all five fingers. It will take effect whether the target is organic or not. The disintegration spreads quickly and will spread through the victim's whole body if they don't amputate the decaying body part. His Quirk can even spread beyond what he's touching, allowing him to disintegrate large groups of enemies instantly.(thank you copy paste)

Personality: Tomura has a malevolent and warped personality. He doesn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocents. Tomura was initially perceived to be a "man-child": arrogant, selfish, dependent and demanding, becoming angry if things didn't go his way and likening reality to some sort of video game. Much like a child, Tomura seemed unable to cope with his own feelings, instead lashing out and abusing both others or himself, tearing at his own neck when he becomes frustrated.

Other: -This is the fight of our life. We are going to win. Whatever it takes-

He also is the leader of the league of villains/Grand Commander of the Paranormal Liberation Front(dont know if we need that tho since I dont want to spoil anything from the manga I will probaly not do that whole Grand Commander thing--)

So, let’s say someone hits him with a punch. He absorbs the force of that punch (still gets hurt), and when he punches his opponent he gives 2x the force. If he is hit with a beam of light, it does the same thing, except he can throw a beam of light back at his opponent. If he is hit with fire, or ive for example, he can do the same thing
It’s really hard to explain and understand, so I understand your confusion XD

Cons: Energyloss can easily take him out, His palms can heat up and the skin starts to get burned after using it too much

He somehow seems like a weak person yet he isnt. He is tall and seems a little frail but he is actually pretty buff

Personality: Calm and Quiet, easy to convince and maybe manipulate, easily upset, if he is upset he can get very angry. He doesnt like envious people, doesnt matter if Hero or Villain, can easily get overwhelmed in fights
Backstory (Optional): Always wanting to be a great hero, yet never seeing himself to be a pro hero , he was shocked when he was announced to be high up in the rankings. Due to his quirk he always thought of himself as a side hero, only there for healing, yet his quirk and combat knowledge actually gave him the ability to be a pro and a high ranked hero.
